I would, if i knew Japanese, and i would have it done in maybe two weeks of lazily working on it. Alas i don't know Japanese and the process will probably will be automated before i could learn it even if i wanted to so you are unfortunately out of luck. I guess translators pioneered the "this is months worth of work, trust me" before WEG devs did if i really think about it.

And if not, you should think in this way:
1. Imagine you have to put your time and efforts to make something for some horny bastards out of nowhere and receive.. some likes on the internet. If you lucky, you get some donation.. if not, you receive something like "hey this game is so shitty, why bother translate A while you can translate B".
2. Not every translators here know the language they are translating, they use Machine Translation apps. And you probably know how quality those TLs are.

if you have sth like this in your mind, fuck you. This is not as simple as read the word and write it down, you have to work with the coding as well. Otherwise you'd very often to see those games with no word-warp, duplicate dialog,.. or even crash the whole game.

Then nothing is stopping you from translating a game, you can use a translator to help you. Then the process to implement it to the game should be like a day's worth because of google and all. You could be making bank doing it to hundreds of games that need translations.

That is the output of one person, and yes i considered not being a professional and not working as hard as a professional that's why i said two weeks which you conveniently ignored on your recent spin. And yes i was including fixing the things that might break a game, especially considering that translation releasing in a state that breaks the game is common. But i can give you one more week for that, you can have 3 weeks. The current state of translations take so long that i can extend my deadline practically indefinitely and still have a point. Are you telling me with a straight face that the process of screening the game for broken flags and whatnot so it can be released to the same standards as the average initial translation release today takes more than one week? How do you even know i am Portuguese by the way? There is no incentive for me to go translate a game to PT. For what? Just to prove something to you? Even i have better shit to do. I have translated extensive documents to my language with no help besides google though and i am no professional and it did not take me a year.

I am not being too serious but i am serious. I think translators are lazy and i have thought this way before this site even existed. Now you can argue that they do it for free (do all of them still?) and though that's not entirely true as they get clout and attention, something some of the them value, it's a fair point to say there is not a big enough incentive unless you are getting paid. What's not fair is to spin this narrative that translations take so long because of the workload involved, because it's simply not true. This mentality is a desease on this porn game scene or whatever you may call it. It's how things turned into a scammer's paradise.

I assumed that the people who embark on actual translations have the same command of the Japanese language that i do of the English language, which is not native level at all.

This was from the old forum post that disappeared. The English translation is machine translated so please be wary of that. It's still readable and the game is playable. Of course, an actual translation of the game will be a million times better so if you want to have the best experience, wait for Daedroth's translation.

For those of you that want to try it now, here's the download as requested.

Included is the full gallery save (save slot 1, enter the door as you load in). The gallery is broken so there are a number of scenes that are not viewable. Some scenes may freeze the game so you have to load back in to continue. The creator was supposed to fix it but has been MIA since last year.

The game was just updated (after more than a year). Recollection room should be fixed now, along with a couple of bugfixes. They're also working on a new event involving the bunny suit preview last month. Hoping someone has a dl link for this update.
