The ending is intended, but we need to wait, until Dev Team give us patch with more content. For now, only 5 endings: Alone, with Muscle Girl, with shopkeeper, with mother, with student.

Easy. Record yourself having sex with the woman in question and then sell the sex tape to the dude who is at the construction place at night. Next time you speak to him, he will tell you that some guy (describes the guy) came to buy those videos. After that, the male partner in question will be visibly sad and broken and their relationship will begin to crumble, changing their dialogues and reactions when you are near them while having sex with their partner.
