So Yoko and Kiyosumi will be DLC? I hired both of them, Kiyo being the first hiring, and no scenes with them.
I did the despicable task of snipping a screenshot from the game, alt-tabbing to the browser in an image to text translator just to be able to play the game.

I don't know if there is such a thing as a perfect start in this game. I didn't meet the goal for the parlor earnings in my first run. Probably because I tried to get all the lewds(during massage and after the dates). The game allows you to continue beyond day 30 though. That's why I was able to unlock all of them now.
But if it is tips that you are asking for, then here is what I've learned so far.
- The game saves automatically after "sequences"(working hours, bar dates, fighting, advertising etc.). Unlike in the first game, there are no quicksaving and quickloading to undo your mistakes or even try to go for another route. So you can just alt+F4 before the sequence ends. There are a lot of trial and errors to do here.
- There are three currencies in this game. The parlor/shop's earnings, your personal earnings and research points. Your shop earn money and research points for every massage sessions accomplished. You can use the money to upgrade the shop, hire and train crews. Your personal money is for bar dates. You earn them by going out at night to fight rival gangs or to advertise after the shop closed.
- During work hours, you and your crew wait for customers, assign them to a room and assign someone to massage them. After the session, you then assign someone to clean up before the room can be used again.
- You will need to balance the amount of customers that comes in, the amount of workers you have and the amount of rooms available. Too few of one will result to a limited earnings for the day.
- Massages are of 3 types: upper body, belly/mid body and lower body. You and your crew's stats on how good each of you can handle the type of massage, the more the earnings. Well... this doesn't matter much when you opt to auto-manage the shop. Earning is maximized by the auto-manage simply because there are no delays in the input of commands.
- After the shift, you can go out at night to go to the bar and invite one of the five heroines, fight rival gangs for control of an area or to advertise.
- Bar dates are the main ways to unlock scenes for lewd events. If you get your date to get drunk before you do, you can take them somewhere and do the deed.
- Fighting rival gangs for an area will unlock advertising action in the area once you have established 80% control. At 100% control, you will unlock a heroine. Renna on area 2. Enon on area 3. Etsuko on area 4. As you further your control, you can unlock crews for recruitment.
- Advertising is the way to get more customers to come to your place. You just try to hit the loitering customers repeatedly to get their favor. At first they will just book a number of sessions. But if you get enough favor by hitting them, they will become regulars. Depending on the level of their patronage once regulars, there appears to be a percentage for the chance of them visiting the shop or not in a day. Not quite sure if this is indeed the case.
- You can only do two activities per night before having to go to bed. Except bar dates. You can only go once per night. You can just go do ads or fighting before or after a date.
For some strats on how to run the shop and how to get the scenes:
- I suggest that you focus on making money first. Invest the money for unlocking rooms, getting more crew and improving your crew's stats.
- As for the stats, don't bother with the massage and cleaning skills too much. Focus on breeding Kohta and 2 other crew members to fight. Take the "Karate Training". This is for you to be able to unlock areas as soon as possible. Because the only bottle neck my shop had in my first run is the fact that I cannot get enough customers. So unlock areas ASAP to be able to advertise in them.
- Once you have unlocked a heroine after completely establishing control of an area, you will have to go on a date with the heroine first before they will visit the shop.
- Unlike in NTR Dojo, you don't need to repeatedly do the heroines to progress the scenes. It all depends on your "likability"(according to translations online) with each of them. Which you can progress only during bar dates.
- There are 5 options during dates:
- Rock-Paper-Scissors- You simply try to win twice to get your date to drink. You will drink if you lose.
- Roll the dice- You roll the dice and bet if the sum will be odd or even. This is not confirmed... but I noticed that if the dices before the roll shows odd, the result will be even. And vice versa. If one of the dices' top part is blocked by the cup, you will then consider the number of the side of that dice that is facing you. Works for me MOST of the time. Again, this is not confirmed.
- Drink- you will just drink. You won't be using much of this. But you sometimes need to take a drink to impress your date and unlock some dialogues when chatting.
- Pour her a drink- Both of you will toast and take a drink together. But you will need to engage in chatting with her first before she will allow a toast.
- Chatting- Now this one is important. This is where I used the alt+F4 the most. You simply try to open a conversation on different topics. Some of them just pops out and give you a result. Some of them will trigger another set of responses for you to choose.
The results will be the following:
- You get plus points for likability(in varying degree)
- You get minus points for likability(in varying degree)
- You both take a drink
- You take a drink
- Your date takes a drink.
- Your date will allow a degree of how drunk she can get by taking a drink together(pour her a drink option)
- Results may come in combination of getting/losing points, who will be taking a drink and how much will she allow for a toast. - The menu for drinks is simple. You will notice that there are red, blue and green markings for each drink. This is how strong they are.
- You gain 1 increase in alcohol tolerance points in each drink you take. Doesn't matter what drink.
- Each heroine will give you plus or minus for 1 point in likability depending on the drink you choose.
- Truth be told, I always choose the cheapest low alcohol drinks. All except Etsuko will give you a minus for choosing it. But the thing is that losing a point for a drink that will allow you to out-drink your date is worth it. You can just gain likability by chatting.
- The likability will cap at 80. Once reached, it will then display a button at the top of the 5 options. This will prompt your date to discuss a request. Once you have fulfilled this, the cap will be released to 100. The request are all fight sequences. So I recommend that if you plan to progress your likability with a heroine, you go out for a bar date first, unlock the mission, and then complete the mission that same night. You will have to go out on a date with that heroine again to work on getting a hundred points after the cap has been lifted.
- As mentioned earlier in this post, available scenes(more like poses) will be unlocked majorly by your likability for a heroine. Getting to those scenes are as follows.
- Have Kohta massage them in the parlor. If you chose someone else, no scene. If you are using auto-manage, make sure that the icon of the heroine is higlighted. They will then wait in a room until Kohta is available.
- Outdrink them during the date. Make sure to choose the option on the left.
- For the "oyakodon"(mother-daughter threesome), you will need to unlock one of the large rooms that can house two beds. To get this done, you will have to turn the auto manage off and micromanage the shop to get the target mother-daughter in the same room. Once done, you will just have to get Kohta to massage one of them. Note that there appears to be a bug that for Misako and Enon you will need to start with Enon. If you choose Misako first, it will not allow you to have Enon join the session. Same goes for Etsuko and Renna. For this pair, you will have to start with Etsuko. I do not know if this is a bug or I am simply not doing it right. But when the issue occurs and it doesn't allow me to invite the other girl to come join for a threesome, it says that I cannot invite her since I haven't done it with her. Though I am very sure that I already did.
Note that I only used an image to text translator to play the game. Terminologies may vary. Especially the names. So I will describe the characters as per the name I used in this post
Kohta- Protagonist
Miki- Co-manager at the shop. The in in the black kimono
Misako- Bar owner. Orange hair. Wears an elegant and revealing dress
Enon- Misako's daughter. Looks like the stereotypical biker gang member. Chest covered using bandage.
Etsuko- A posh-looking lady. Dark blue hair like her daughters. The last heroine to unlock. I saw a post of a translated image and the name given to here is Keiko. But my translations consistently gave me Etsuko so I stuck with it.
Renna- Etsuko's daughter. Looks like a loli but apparently, she is of legal age. Thank goodness. Looks like Ayano but with a shorter hair.
Sorry for the long post. But I just want to share my adventure with this wonderful game. Which you you guys introduced me to. I hope this helps. I will definitely buy the game when it gets a full english release and replay it. I really want to read the dialogues! Adds to the kink.

Time-limited game with all the main features build on RNG, and on top of that with autosave. That's just awful, more difficult than any darksouls games xD
Well, judging from the dev's blog - they are fixing a lot and lot of stuff in there now, already added manual saves and toggle for auto-save, made fixes for economy and lvlup patterns, etc. Though as i get from the description - they weren't even starting to fix the problematic stuff of rng and balance, for now they are fixing a lot of broken things, among which the more you upgrade chars - the slower related bar fills, as there was error in formula, ending broken and not triggering correctly, area fights are too difficult and ither stuff. I for myself would rather wait till more or less stable version than suffering through this game right now. Though not really much to see, comparing to the 1st game. It feels like it has much less content.

It has way more content if you're playing for the scenes. It has less CG scenes (which I usually don't like anyway) and way more sprite animation. The massage is equal for all heroines with them with and without towel/underwear depending how excited they are. Sex every heroine has 4 poses in the massage house, and 3 in threesomes, which is around 22 sprite animations just in the massage house. Sadly the Kimono girl doesn't take part in the massage house. In the bar each heroine has around 3-4 (don't remember correctly) sex scenes, with a total of 37 - 42 sprite scenes.
The heroines have more personality too. First game only had 2 heroines + the extra DLC which was kinda not as good. I think this is a step up, animation quality is good, I really like the art. Just the gameplay can be annoying. With the autosave you can save scum anyway, if you close the window before a defeat or being too drunk you can just reload and play from the start of the day. The massage management is the worst part IMO. Takes too long and to unlock the item that enables you to speed up takes too long too.

I'm talking about balancing overall. Ping-pong fights - have few maps variants for each area which are selected randomly, and have either bunch of normal enemies, or more enemies and boss, or horde of enemies, additional obstacles and 2 bosses. With how the maps built - often you need to travel through the whole map to get to another corner where all the enemies are, and hope you wont hit anything and ricochet back. Your ally icons become unmovable obstacles on the map too, so why you struggle to deal with the enemies asap because of the turns counter - they hit you from anywhere on the map.
Drinking in the bar - also total random in those minigames. MC starts with stamina ~50 and each drink fills it for 25-30 in general, while girls somehow having 110-130 stamina in general and filling ~15 from a glass. so it's making them drink 8-9 times with you drinking no more than 2.
Stats lvlup has the same pricing for MC and all the workers and raises to absurd 100k per lesson, that still gives random number from +1 to +7 instead of 1+ to +3.
And if compare to the 1st game, at least there was a city and some diffirent activities, variety like dojo, cinema, houses. even the 'training' animations themself already were hot, while here it's just a massage... as for animations there were like what? master's room, courtyard, player's room, guests room, toilet, shower. Each (except of the guest room) had 2 sets of events for each girl, with 3-4 poses per event, 3x3 animations for girls in cinema, additional in the houses during the day and night. But yeah, it's not about number, it's more about the variety i guess, this time it's just all the same in the same setting. But we'll see after the whole fixes and maybe DLCs, how it will look in the end.
Because for now savescum tactic being possible as to just clear the game - is not a justification. It's not how it was meant to be played.

Bro any game is meant to be played the way you can play it this idea of you should play how the designers intended is always a dumb excuse. Play however you have more fun or achieve what you want to achieve.
And I think everyone agree its grindy and bad but it's the dude second game. It's a way more complex game than the last one, so only fair to not be perfect. He updated the last one for a while so we should expect the same for this one.

2.only use the combat training to the mc because in mission usually u can only use girl and mc
3. At Least 100% 2 area then grind customer and hire all available employees
4.date are simple except miki bcuz other you can just random select convo whick is require to increase willingness to drink together, for rock-paper-scissor use paper then rock win 2 time this usually do it to H-scene and hardest mission for me was enon(gang lady) mission

I sure hope so, and he's fixing it now, mentioning those same paiful parts being not balanced or simply broken/bugged. Also i think he mentioned that later on would start to work on dlc and some updates/fixes to the 1st game.
I also hope for additional work on the 1st game, like there is eng translation, but not UI adapted so it looks terrible most of the time, part of content isn't working at all or working incorrectly. I'm not saying the game is bad because it's bad or i want to see it like that at all. On the contrary, it needs some more work to shine, and after the 1st game i probably had high enough expectations for this one ;D
I managed to finish the game fully without knowing a single japanese kanji. You can finish it, if it's entertaining it's another question entirely. He should fix the gallery mode and of course improve gameplay. I can see this being updating for some time since it sold well enough (based on reviews).
It seems he added skip to training anims, which is great, that stuff was slow as hell.
New Game + and some extra anims.

Yeah, me too. I expected a bit more from endings though, and he's adding skip function for intro, he should do the same for the ending. It took so much time for the last day, then fighting stage, then that unskippable ending, then i pick which one, and basically nothing happens. i tried 4 different variants and what a bummer
Though now i think if there is a different ending entirely if you don't do anything with the girl - owner of a massage parlor? or if you kick that boss' ass in all the areas(because he's presen in all of them, as the last enemy in the list, with "?" icon) before the end of the game?
