It took longer for Dungeon Town, but I think that was probably because it wan't one of the usual engines.

Imo, Acerola games are definitely a lot easier to translated and usually don't feature a lot of overcomplicated or long dialogue. My guess is that since the game isn't even showing up on their page, that they just scrubed it on the risk of the loli character being a liability for them.
