The latest version of the game is 1.10, but 1.052 is the latest version with a machine translation.
Edit - The game in the opening post from Kimochi might be the latest MTL. But it's hard to tell as the game update was a patch, the Kimochi page and the MTL were both September though.

I took a look at Summer Memories story description on Kagura Games website and it seems that they will be in fat altering the story to feature the MC as a university grad.
"It is the summer break again and you’ve just graduated from university, so you decided to pay your aunt and cousins in the countryside a long-overdue visit.
However, it has been years since you’ve last seen them, so you don’t know what to expect. What could go wrong? Find out in Summer Memories!"
This is a bummer but i suppose its the only way to get the game on steam, hopefully there's a way to revert it back to the original concept. We will have to wait and see. (there is a patch tab so maybe they will release that for the steam version of the game)

to tell you the truth i just wait for the translation version.i played the game so many times to get 100% that i start to remember what each option means and know what to do in the Jap ver. i got the latest ver of the jap ver. they added a couple of things on the latest ver but it's not big changes. they are going to add new skills on the next update and from what i saw from their twitter is that you could do the naughty option to the loli and the version i have it looks like i could unlock a scene with the shop clerk but i'm trying to figure out what to do.
and it doesn't make any sense to change the description because steam is very ban happy when it comes to H games so it's kind of pointless. some anime youtubers talk about how it's doesn't matter what h games you put on steam they will ban it eventually. it's only a matter of time. it's the same thing with patreon. so many H games are getting ban from steam for no reason.

Steam are better than they used to be, and Kagura may be able to get with more than a small publisher would. They did release the previously banned Lust Brand Prostitute for Branded Azel as a patch from their website.
We'll have to wait and see though.

Kagura Games are well known for releasing patches to restore the full content of the game, did the same for Goblin Walker.

, and a edited version of it back here.ok so i got 1.10 which is the recent japanese version and what's new is the store clerk. i use google translate and i know it's not the best translator to use but it's better than nothing. the hint that i got from translating it is that there are 3 secret offices or 3 secrets that i have to find for the store clerk so if there is anyone out who downloaded the 1.10 and found out what these secrets
