Just put them in same directory as the game and run them. It'll create a sort of savefile - and that's it. Nothing else required, you don't need to load it in any way in the main game or anything like that. Just leave the file where it was created and start the game.
make sure you're in debug mode and use "set statname" without the quotation. Then it will ask you to input a value to change it to. dignity stat = how much humiliation you have.

sorry, can't post links. I always look for them in 4chan i think it is the /hgg/ section. I think it hasn't changed in a couple updates tho
