The story doesn't make any sense if Janet and Kaley aren't your mother and sister. Otherwise, why would it be so wrong to have a relationship with Kaley? Just because you were childhood friends? IMO both Lust Epidemic and Treasure of Nadia are incest stories that had the incest removed for Patreon's sake, and the incest patch restores the true game. The taboo surrounding sleeping with Valerie in LE, and Janet and Kaley in ToN don't make sense otherwise.

It seem i have missunderstood u then.
And i hope i did not make the impression that i find the game ruined as i dont think it is.
I alos dont care one bit if a game has to get patched or not.

My point was more that the patches changes arent sufficient in most games as they arent changing certain situations and texts one would experience in either setting.
I think that just renaming isnt good enough in most cases especially for the non incest faction as a lot of games are clearly writting with incest in mind even if very bad and then sounding or feeling very off.
