Depends on your renovation progress. For me, i have game machine, board game, dart, all interior renovations minus juke box, 1 figure on wall, and all exterior renovations minus the 800,000 price item.

For anyone who wondering how to make money fast beside collect potions profit and sell talismans:
Make a Jasmine Massage Oil which requires:
Love potion ($2000)
Basic Container ($300)
Jasmine (you can find them in Jungle area, enough plenty)
Rosa Moss (you can find them in Cave area w/ rock grave-like object, slightly plenty)
Sell them to Pricia and boom! $10000 added to your wallet.
Happy collect.
Or try lazy money mining?
Just wandering around Cape Vedra, and go to Squallmart to collect the potion profit. I observe how the profit increment works. More you wander, more profit you get.

It's right outside. In the area with the stairs and that pot on the left with pink flowers. The number above the door near those three pots. 980. Sometimes the answers are right in front of our faces and obvious and usually the obvious answers are the LAST that come to mind, and also because we wanna find them so badly, we can't even see
