Go back to the Library, and down into the cavern. The coin will respawn there. You can only ever have one caullis coin in your inventory.

Not gonna lie I'm really starting to lose interest in this one. Those ''''''''''''''''''''anal''''''''''''''''''' scenes are waaay too fucking lazy. Well Paddy - you need to start at the beginning with a good walkthrough. You are missing Hearts, Pages, Booty Calls, Extras, Outfits, and Treatments. Until you get some or all of those, the story will be very hard to follow and you will be forever STUCK.
