Just curious that after I've done it with Janet at Naomi's house and then the soul crystal said that I've finished this update, which the version is v69012, but my percentage in game is just 63%. So, am I still missing something? And there are some chests I haven't opened yet. And can I ask if there are ways to get chest keys fast?

You just open Soul Crystal and see the statistics at the bottom of the screen. Everything should be as shown. If not, then You missed something:

cutscenes dont start anyone have idea about that ?

If you have more than one graphic card, than try switch to another.
Also you can open folder ...\www\movies\ and try run something from here. Maybe you have wrong codecs.

Try use Mikor's lists. Some keys are really hard to see them.

There is no specific thing what you need for girls, but you need invest some money limit.

Click exactly on the place indicated in the picture v16012 (5). v16012
But you must have done everything that comes before it.

You have 66% with v69012. Compare with and see, what you miss.
In the LISTS you can see, where you can find what you miss.

I think I understand. I am using a Chinese translated version of the game (because my English is very poor). It may be that the translator has made other changes in the work which caused the game to go wrong. I have to seek help from other channels.

Can I ask for some help, as my save file couldn’t be loaded and basically it just “new game” now
Ive checked the location of it, which I can still see it in User.../userdata/
But for some unknown reasons which I couldn’t understand, it is just new game again now
How can I fix this

I don't speak English very well either. Therefore this Picture Walkthrough . I think if someone plays by the pictures in this walkthrough they can play this game even if you can't understand the language well.
