I'm missing one page/chest key from one of the previous/early updates. I only started playing the game about a month ago, and it is really annoying since I have all the other extras. I have gone through the walkthrough 3 times now, and can not for the life of me understand what key I have missed.
Are there bugs or keys that are known to be particularly difficult to find? I know that I have all the keys from 3 latest updates.

So I need a pirate medallion to make a pirate key to open the last chest . .. where is this medallion? I don't think it's like other stuff where it always respawns in the same spot

Go away from the location, come back maybe have other conversations then come back, also check all the beach locations. There will be a fish flopping around somewhere with the key in it (unless your bugged)
