Yes, like Lust Epidemic NLT developed the game with MC, Janet and Kaley as family, but after the 2017 incest ban by Patreon decided to change it.
The only game that wasn't planned with incest is The Genesis Order.

Legend has it that the game began to be developed as an incest, but during the development came a curse called Patreon rules. The game was forcibly remade to be non-incest. In some dialogues, this insensitive and disgusting intervention is still quite visible.

This error occurs on all kinds of RPGM games. You just have to restart the game - maybe even multiple times.
It MAY even crash completely or the screen may turn black, which are also a normal things. This is an error of RPGM on Mac, not of the game(s) itself.
If the game runs for more than 60 seconds, you're good to go and it will not crash anymore in this run.
Need help I stuck at 97%. I got all the chests the pages, profiles except for Evie outfit dunno if it even exist, but I got her Nude.. if there is one thing I missing is under Offering Prayer - chest - and right under Silver Talisman the second one from top there is still questionsmark ??? DOnt know what else the game wants from me. I combine all torn pages aswell.

incest patch, macbook pro 15inch 2017 os monterey 12.1, full version, installed in ipatch basically immediately so..
oh that's unfortunate. must be a new thing cuz i've played a ton of rpgm games in the past and this is the first time im seeing anything like this

From what I've seen the patch as nothing to do with it.
The only thing that comes to mind is that this looks like the issue with a new version of the NW.js file that sometimes make RPGM crash, he should just try to load the game a few times, sometimes it gives me the same error with TGO, but I just reopen it and it works fine.
