In Lust Epidemic it was stated that Violet could only give birth to a "vehicle" which Father Parker/Lord Daemalius could reincarnate into provided that she hadn't had sex with anybody but that villain: since Violet had sex with Brad before giving birth I assume that if her pregnancy went full term she would have given birth to a normal child. In the very last episode of Lust Epidemic, set twelve months after the events at the university, Violet was showing no signs of pregnancy but, thinking about your point, we don't know whether she delivered the child Parker/Daemalius sired and if so where it was. So the babies in the prams that Simon disturbed near the end of the game could have all been Brad's, or all but one that Parker/Daemalius created, or single babies belonging to each of the ladies, or a mixture of single babies, twins, triplets, quads or quins which a mix of several members of brad's harem had given birth to!
All we can be sure of is that any baby Violet gave birth to can't be inhabited by the spirit of Parker/Daemalius, although this thoroughly evil bastard was alive to some extent, in the wreck of Parker's body, right at the very end of LE when Madalyn entered the story. It wouldn't surprise me if a being as powerful and determined as Lord Daemelius might not find another way back into the physical world, with or without help from luscious Madalyn, who seemed disapproving of her "brother" at the end of Lust Epidemic. Whether Madalyn and Daemalius are biologically related or simply a brother/sister in the same magical order, Church of Cambian, or whatever, we again don't know although my guess would be the latter.
Hopefully answers to some of these questions will eventually appear in Treasure of Nadia.
I've never had to think so hard and pay so much attention to the plot of any lewd game before!
