None of these are mandatory, at least not so much that it ends up in a grind. If you don't like them then just skip it. Same goes for the temple.

Because of the way the save system is similar to renpy games, I didn't even need to use anyones save files as it found my old ones. But got so sick of the rock shit that I ditched the game anyway. NLT or whatever they're called are great at making raunchy stories with a splash of cheesy humour, so I look forward to when they ditch this RPGM shit, go to renpy or Unity and then work of VN with multiple choice or whatnot. As it stands the flow of the games are shit.
