Can someone tell me how to play update file i have downloaded?
Now i have v44081 full version, i want to play v46082. Is there any process to apply update or just play?
When i direct play the update version game.exe it gives error msg as " Failed to load: img/system/Balloon.png"

You must unpack the update to the main folder of the game, and confirm the replacement of files.
Drag the archive contents Update only v46 -> Full game v44, and you will get the full version.

Made it easier to update by deleting files that are already in the game folder.

Well, I knew it was going to happen.
By using the "twinkle mechanism", NLT is making key appearing RANDOMLY wherever he wants. For the moment only in 2 or 3 Areas of Estero Park.

I've played the update twice (since I'm writing a walkthrough). The first time I found it right away, right at the entrance to the Park. The second time I spent an hour searching for it but I didn't find it.
Yes, it will take time. You will see the update on the first page as soon as it appears.

Every update is like 2%. And we have an update every 15 days (or so).
Considering 2% per update, we should expect 27 more updates.
Again, if we consider 15 days per update, we have like 405 days to go -> Should we expect the end around September 25th 2021 (of course, not considering vacation/holidays).
Is this right?

Progress in % is only indicative. Early updates was about 5% per month. This update is little bit shorter about playtime, but cut scens are longer than usually and after that is 2% like updates before.
But if pace is the same like that, it is about 13,5 month to the end.

How much longer until they upload the full new version v46082 to the OP so I can enjoy it without having to redownload v44081 then download the update and merge them.

01) It seems to appear randomly between Entrance and West of Entrance.
02) It seems there is kind of a buffer, after 3 or 4 tries without re-starting the game, you cannot find the darn key.
