Only way to hit 32% is to do everything ingame up to this update. You can't have done everything if your last post was telling us you couldn't help Emily. Or you were 31%+ before this update, which again can't happen. Either you cheated or your post makes no sense

actually i did get the quest, i don't know what to do after that, that scene did play

It could be a glitch, I'm not sure, but I had the 3 ingredients and kept getting the message saying I still needed to collect them until I picked up regular ginseng and brought it back

the patch is the same that is in the first page, and for install you have to go to <game name>/www and extract there
