In this Update, I just found one broken key (near where you found Ash). Three of the rest, is from previous update. The orange sparkle is in the cave, near the torch.

Nvm, found it. I believe one is inside the tombs after you open the cementery gate, and another one precisely beside the "Rock Bomb" recipe in the park.

No, the alternative solution is to apply the update properly. But if you are not sure how to do it, then yes the answer is always just download the full game.
