I just use an edited 'tank' save with tripled HP and shields.
I think smuggler is the meta favorite, but I don't remember for sure.

It has a ton of sex scenes, people like the general writing, it caters to a very big variety of different fetishes yet at the same time you can play through the game without having to go through a single sex scene, so people that are into some of the things won't be put off by other ones that they're not into since it's all optional. There might be more reasons but that's how I see it.

Pretty much the majorty of games that cater to furry/monster girl/other small niche fetishes make a huge amount of money off patreon.
