yep massive bug when you get Kiro from po and shes in your crew she doesnt appear and reappears at bars. Fenoxo left a glaring problem

Does this mean that normal kiro has content but bimbo version does not? Or do neither of them have crew content atm?

That's fair point of view too.
In my belief its kind of a tradeoff of effort/outcome/timetaken, considering how long Urta's quest dungeon is taking for them to pull off planets are going to take even longer to write(more cash to writers for event comissions) code(more cash to coders to code that shit in) more time etc, planets will take even longer. That is not to say I don't see your point though.
He did so in the stream that he was running imagepack compilings, we can have it if someone can get their hands on it.
And in general yeah, Kiro doesn't have her crew content yet so she just pops back in bars and Kally's bar until she's properly coded in, fen also said to maintain a save before the quest just in case.

i think it's something like :
be lvl 9 ("Kiro’s Quest no longer starts unless the PC is level 9. ")
have 100% trust with kiro ("Kiro’s Quest can now naturally proc. To trigger it, simply have 100 trust ")
travel around in space ('fly between planets until you get a distress call. Then bitch about how long other travel events are, fly some more, and then get the real Kiro distress call. ")

Further question, what are the flags for Kiro's transformations in the save file? I've had a look in the save editor and can't find anything relating to them.

Save editor cannot identify new flags unless updated they will be random numbers with binary event status numbers, and save editor as far as I know is only updated for the public releases, dev of it doesn't support backer versions.
save editor probably hasnt updated yet since the quest isnt part of public builds
Naturally Fen just pushed another (small) content patch with more images and another encounter.

Sorry to hear that. My build system's a bit tricky if you aren't a unix user, but if you can read the scripts you should be able to figure out how to build it.
Also about the image pack: what OS? My image pack build or an official one?
