Delete game folder and unpack/donwload it again.
Yea I've done that, with different versions. Don't know if there's a new library it's using that I'm somehow missing. I suppose a windows reinstall would fix it, but that's also a hassle ofc.
Seems to work on a linux virtual machine at least.

It seems weird to me that the Windows versions of the game would only run in a Linux VM. Are you absolutely sure that you downloaded the Windows build of the game?

To clarify, in the Linux VM I'm running the linux version of the game, unpacked from the tar.gz file. I'm positive that I'm running the Windows build since I'm running the game through the exe on windows

You did something very wrong. Electron apps comes with everything included for a launch, so windows reinstalation should do nothing.

Ah, duh, that makes sense. Is there anything odd about your Windows install of the game? Like non-latin characters in the filepath, or the game being stored on an external drive or NAS? Both of those caused major issues in the past. What happens when you try to launch the exe? Does it just not open? Does it open and then error out or crash? If it doesn't open at all, check your folder structure. If the resources folder or anything in it isn't where the game expects, then the .exe just doesn't open at all.

Edit: wild theory, but are you running a 32-bit version of Windows? That broke coc2 back in the day and TiTS is built using the same shit so that could be the cause.

Long names could be also an issue. I.e. pahs like c:/lkjshnbdsbvfghbyloshyubfvujawebsvfcwgeuchgnbkjgfdhzgsfhzbshc/posnhoybsufgoysyfuzsbfghcysbezzzzzzzfghcvyuijncxvlbkjdshfffwnebdlkjv/ozsihjusjenhbjsudb/foisjdlfunzxjkcvbnbcvlzj/executable here

Omg, it was an issue with the path. Originally I ran the game at "M:\XXXX\%tits\0.9.067-F2" (but the path length is not long at all though, so I guess the % symbol?). Interesting how it worked for version 0.9.023 but not the later versions
Unzipped the game in "M:\tits" instead and it now works.
Sincere thanks to you two at least.

Yup, a non-latin character in the file path. For future reference, that tends to break many applications. Porn games especially since coding to allow for non-latin characters isn't a huge priority for a lot of smaller devs, but even mainstream applications sometimes overlook it. Glad you got it fixed!

It's always worked for me. They did block it in CoC2 but I know for a fact it still works with TiTS, as I just used it with the latest version to edit some stuff for a new character
Fixed it by unnintalling the keyboard from device manager after testing online fixes that didn't work lmao. Cheers

Does anybody know how to have legs as a galotian?
I have taken 5 galomax thinking i could change shape however I want, but when I try to grow 2 legs my appearance still says: " In place of legs, you have a shifting, amorphous blob "
You want to open your codex, then go Appearance > Shift Goo > Body > Change Legs >
Count > [The number of legs you want] > Plantigrade.
You will also need some Biomass Reserve (gotten via sex).

just to let people know,

you can totally fuck with the values and flags for galomax, goo biomass, and goo qualities of body parts to give yourself the ability to freely modify measurements in-game without actually being goo.

the only thing you have to look out for is maybe your hair or some other bodypart "re-gooifying" probably due to ticking the flags. but, simply pop the save back in and fix that and it doesnt happen again (as far as ive seen)

this coupled with the undo feature means you can walk into a scene, the "girl" looks disappointed that you're to big/small, ya rewind time and double or halve your package and walk back in. i cant imagine what horseshit you'd have to do to make this happen legit if at all possible

ah a dead and buried ending. still, about the only time ive ever seen at least a short-term outcry for the ability to murder a character. i think i even made comments on one or two topics about it at the time

I keep running into a issue with Ramis. Whenever I try to sleep with her as a trap instead of being able to leave there are no options and I can't do anything. Does anybody know how to fix this issue
