They added a Suula femboy on the first planet with very little content (2 scenes, iirc), but nothing substantial I can think of.
Pretty sure there's been a few more m|m stuff added. Not a whole lot though.
I feel like it used to be possible as well. The Wiki states all you needed was a dick. Maybe it was changed at some point. Or it could be a bug. Maybe we're sharing a false memory. I'd submit a bug report.
Having done a quick playthrough as it, even if you don't have compunctions against going tainted (and therefore having 200 maximum Libido) it seems kineticist is the way to go. With some asterisks there.

TL;DR
It works well. It's a tease build that can also three shot encounters with it's combos now.

I remember modding this game and "breaking" the dog thing who is straight only to accept herms/gay stuff. I think it only required a single flag edit.
That's the one nonesuch did wasn't it? A bold action it was to make an unpopular decision twice.

I cant remember who wrote it, all i remember was that my horny defeated the developer desires.
If anyone desires to follow my lead I think the check is a ?: where the condition is "pc.isFemale && pc.hasVagina". I remember removing the female check and leaving the vagina check (because I think the char can also knockup the pc or it atleast calls the cumflation code with a hard coded pc vagina value).
Pretty much search the source code files for the rejection phrase.

The taint lets you sense darkspawn and for the endgame its the only way for you to kill the archdemon
there is a consumable that lowers libido some clothing and some mods force it to be low as well
To unlock one of Tessa's scenes to unlock her quest it asks me to see Heart2Heart1 can you tell me where it is?

Goodness gracious do I hope this game returns to it's peak before it reaches the end. The content for the last year and a half with very few exceptions (usually written by Fen or William) hasn't been it. For me. That brief period of time right after the JS conversion where nothing was added besides all that crew x crew did nothing for me.
Come on Fen.
I'm not sure if you can track her trust in the codex. But either way do all of her talks and repeat her scenes a buncha times and you'll get there.

Help I don't know what to do next, in Dhaal I already did the party went around the entire place from the bar, etc. But nothing is triggering anything to get the probe. Also for Misc location I'm still missing one more after Gastigoth. Any help?
You can just do img2img stable diffusion to make different artists' versions of the characters and replace files in your image folder. I love Adjatha's designs and proportions, but sometimes you want something more detailed or with more realistic lighting, and stable diffusion is a great solution.
