They're kinda protective of their brand and characters. Anything that changes the characters is a big no-no for them. I never played the mod but I've heard from countless people that they dislike mods in general and that's one of the reasons why.
i thank god that you could disable that garbage, there was some actual good stuff in there.

It varies tho, CoC is open for mods and such, but TiTs is open as well but its more of a case by case

Savin always acts like a little kid who never learned to calm down. Some other devs are the same. Just don't give them money, might help to get some of the hot air out of their balls.

No one in fenco wrote her. I don't see how he was hostile to you, he said no one was obligated to write her meaning no one is getting paid to.
She was written by Lkynmbr who isn't currently writing anything. The game even says who wrote the characters do some research.
While he did take a break from writing he has since started again, recently working on Kiona and he posted that he may be writing for a "certain catgrill" again.
It's the way he said it that makes it seem like he's pissed or something. From what I seen he has that reputation of being hot-headed. It's rare that I see people talking positive about them...

Fisianna was my favorite character in the game last time I played it, from what I gather Lucky has always planned to write more content for her so it's possible she'll get some eventually, whether or not she is the neko he mentioned I'm not sure, that is pretty much all he has said.

I totally get Savin in this case, even though i don't like how he writes or him in general, getting told about how hyped people are about content for characters that he nor anyone on the team has influence over must be tiring and I assume a lot of people don't take "never" as an answer the first time.
