That's not how it works. The game doesn't have incest, so no tag.
Not really, the game itself isn't supposed to be incest. Someone adding a fan patch doesn't make it an incest game.
A non "canon" incest tag would still make sense though. For those filtering for such. Now I can understand if it doesn't fit the story but there are tons of "non canon incest" games out there and yet are modded to "fix" that and get the incest tag.
The ones that get tagged are those that had the story changed due to Patreon guidelines etc.. The patch "fixes" it so it gets the tag.
