So where to begin... Okay, rendering of 0.19.0 has begun. Shocking, I know. And writing of 23 has also begun. Truthfully, there isn't that much to tell, but it's on par with every other progress post so. And then there is the 0.18.0 release date... it will be today. Dev'll compile the change log and the release post after this. And then a punch of renders... dev'll return to actual "in game" renders on Friday, no huge spoilers then.
For the last few releases, I keep getting errors for the orc orgy scenes.

Ren'py deleted a variable, nothing new, happens randomly. You can try loading a save it should put them back where they belong or the debug screen and toggle them true or false. Or using the console to set them.

Man is it not possible to get all the scenes in one playthrough ?
I have so many scenes locked in my gallery and I'm playing with Shaddy's mod.
This is the first time for me being locked out from scenes in a Talothral game and it is frustrating, is there a scene-unlocker for this ?
Or do I have to make a fresh start ?

Given the story so far, it seems, that Ayaka may play the central role here. Just not now, in the future. It also would have some similarities in such case to the Sorcerer.

Then I guess you've done something wrong. I have all scenes unlocked in the same playthrough with Shaddy's mod.

All but one is available for "canon" route, the one that isn't available can lead to a bad end... and kind of locks you out with the other scenes with Maevra but can always save at the choice, check the scene then load the save, unlocks it regardless as it is based on seen images.

While it's not my thing at all Nisha actually being sapient may make it not bestiality... I'm not sure where the lines are for those peeps. Personally, consent or the lack thereof is the biggest issue I have with that particular fetish, although an actual sapient cat doesn't get my motor running as the shape is just too far removed from what I find attractive.
As a child of the 90s I'm pretty open to a wide range of monster girls, but actual cat with the ability to consent is still a bridge to far for me. Not sure how MC feels about it though.
I also wouldn't be surprised if Nisha turns out to have another form by the end of this tale.
