That's where you extracted it. So you can see that there is a OneDrive folder in that filepath.
I presume that he only mentioned "never play from one drive" because of that.
I try not to use onedrive but everything gets sent there anyways. I don't know how to prevent that.

What I do is setup folders on a second drive to reflect Desktop, Documents, pictures and such, then go into your one drive folder and copy everything to these folders. When you download anything just point the file to your new download folder on lets say drive D. Once that is setup you will not lose no files if you turn off or decline one drive. One advice I always play these games on a separate drive to avoid viruses to my c drive and also not have it point to my user name.
