Since this is a relatively simple coding change, indication of being in the harem (or locked into the path just missing a sex scene in one character's case) is in 0.33.0. Pregnancy status is updated once it is announced. Also, the small icon change will reflect the main cast as well.

dont know why but playing this update i seem to have lost a few of the already unlocked secrets. that and my name is again reset XD though thats an easy fix.

So are the previous images, they are all in the debug screen first tab Preferences => Extras => scroll all the way down => Debug. Safest is in the main menu without save loaded, works fine for the hidden images . No idea why but losing the name suggest persistent file issues. Probably explains the missing hidden images as well.
well for now its not a real issue as its all easilly fixed just thought id let you know. also is there any way to completely reset the codex for a clean start ? already deleted it from appdata and from the save in the game folder even deleted the game and cleanly downloaded it but somehow the codex and images stay

Just tested by cleaning out the AppData\Roaming\RenPy\TribulationsofaMage and the \game\saves folders and it reset the game (and thus) the codex to default state. So where is it picking up the extras?

There shouldn't be anything in the registry, not that I've put anything there.
However, there is a small script that should work. You just need to delete it from the \game folder after your done.

nice update but it's going bit near of that b-word and ayaka might not be happy to share mc with her mother. wasn't nice to replay half a game (not literally) to get that that hammer back. also maevra is evil.
