It's not common, I think I've fixed maybe 12 saves in total with TRS2 and ToaM combined. But occasionally it just derps, I have no idea why, never had that with Sorcerer, and nothing really has changed coding wise that would cause it. And it never happens to me, 0 issues. And then someone randomly sends fifteen "variable not defined" errors out of blue.

I would suggest to keep one or two random saves around. Easier to jump a update or two backwards and see if the damn debug screen works like it should.

Seems to work fine when you say "yes" to everyone! (haven't had an error in any of your games to date)

I'm living proof that it doesn't.
I did not turn down anyone, even the one I was supposed to with Maevra.
The deug menu did not recognise a load of the choices I had actually made. But it remembered that one, which will come back to bite us with a choice in 34.

Also that being said, it is safe to blunder Maevra's booty the second time she suggests it (during the night watch). At that point she does actually want it instead of "doing a test are you a decent human being," from her point of view.

If you just started that's right. The relationship doesn't get set until update 14ish, and the pregnant status when it get's announced in 30 was it? Maybe 29? If not then, the latest when the orc tribe gets to the tower.

It wasn't about the relationship, or the pregnancy. Look how her name is spelled in the 3 instances.
It's misspelled in 2 of them.

AFAIK her name is Gweyr, not Gwyer.

I've already searched on the sites I know. Unfortunately I couldn't find it either, I couldn't even find the old translation of ver. 0.28.0, otherwise I could have written to the modder myself.

Yeah, clearly there's something gone wrong, somewhere. But the fact that I seem to be the only person who's experienced it, suggests it's something local.
The update was literally over in 5 minutes for me, with minimal story progression & zero lewd scenes.

What'd you do with her husband? There's a few variables there iirc.

All 3 of their relationship points say "Naga", instead of Aisha, Riya & Satya.

This is intentional, they are "alone" in strange lands, so they share most things between them so if you treat one well the others know, and feel more "affectionate". So you raise affection for each, then individual decisions for sleeping/relationship with them once the threshold is passed.

Thanks for the help, but I've had to restart, Talothral provided the options and for some reason my save was borked & set loads of variables to choices I did not make.
Running through the whole thing again, which is painful & becoming even more annoying as I've just encountered a situation in v06 where there was supposed to be a choice to be intimate with Gweyr, that I somehow missed.
So now I've got to start again.

Turn on the dialogue wheel icons (prefrences => Standard), and give it a hover or two over the options if you are skipping to the next question to other so there is time for it to update. Should help outside of the Lian question, then it is the telling about the merchant >.>

I was using the right click option you provided, but found that rolling back to find out what the question was, that I'm supposed to be answering, took me back to the previous choice.
So I turned on "skip unseen text" and holding Ctrl now, so that at least I can see what I've been asked.

I don't know what I did wrong with Gweyr, but I reached the scene with Atrix, from v07, and had not been given an option to be intimiate with her, despite Shani suggesting it.

Probably update 4 when she tries to ease up the suffering of the soul, there is option to let her sleep on top of you or push her to the side, sleeping on top of you is a good thing.

I've just gone through it again and still reached the same scene without having anything intimate with her in v07.
Every single choice I've made is the canon choice, but for some reason I'm not getting any option to be intimate with her.
Does it happen before meeting Atrix?

Aye while she is at the pond, there is the third option "What about us?" during that time. Check your Gweyr points from the debug screen. Set them to 15 or higher

Thanks, I think I must've missed it due to the other option, "Of course", giving the multiple hearts for her relationship stats.

Aye it's easy to miss, that was before the combined heart and xxx symbol came to be (that scene is the reason for it) but! That's just a bonus scene really, you would have got to the good stuff without it as well.

I think I've had to restart 3 times, fortunately skip unread text is quick. Once was because an essential choice wasn't marked in the walkthrough.

It's there for character(s) that haven't been revealed yet, or used to assign certain... let's say variables for the codex for future characters.
