Overview:
It's Halloween night and Mary is about to head off in search of CANDY!
But, before she does, an old book in the corner of the room catches her eyes.
She opens it without a care in the world and from within the book,
a sealed demon appears and possess her...
To have the demon leave her body, Mary must fulfill one of two conditions:
1. Receiving male cum inside her body or being bathed in it from the outside.
2. If the above cannot be done then... to collect 1000 CANDIES!
However, being ignorant regarding sexual matters, Mary has no idea what the
demon is going on about. Also she knows is that, she must gather at least
1000 candies or 'CUM'! In order to expel the demon from her body,
Mary heads off on her Cummy Candy Collecting journey on all hallows eve!
And awaiting her in town, are those that would take advantage of her ignorance...​

Yep. Many of the events give you dozens of candy pieces at once, sometimes more than 100. It leads to a slightly different ending.

for those who want to understand what she said in when asking for candys even better, candy in japanese romanji is Okashi, she said Okashite, which means rape. It is actually a little pun in Japanese which does not seem to translate well to english.
This is also why some of the NPCs thought she had mispronounced her words in their dialogues, or think they heard wrong.

In the original, it would mean,

Okashi kurenai to, itazura o shimasu (f you don't give me candy, I'll perform mischief on you)

what she said was,

Okashite kurenai to, itazura o shimasu (f you don't XXXX me, I'll perform mischief on you)

(or something like that, look my jap is terrible)

EDIT: for those who are confused for the nun quest, according to the translator ulmf, " - Despite an english alphabet already being present in the game, the letters count as different to normal english letters, and so I had to "translate" them for them to corresponding with the english answers I inputted. "

in other words, the nun quest just input english letters. there is a key to switch to english letters in game at the bottom right side. bless the translator for doing this extra work btw.
