Hi ThunderRob, thanks for your feedback. Initially the relationship default was "cousin" but my lack of knowledge in ren'py coding, if x = y then etc, made the dialogue seem even more confusing at times than it already is. I then set the default to "daughter", I feel it may be worth removing this option choice for future updates.

also..please..do not mock cute SWEDISH dame Astrid about Valhalla..which is Norse..and is Norway/Iceland and nothing to do with Sweden

Forgive my ignorance if this is the case. I'd always assumed Valhalla encompassed Scandinavia.

Really good start to the story! The premise was really nice, and I liked the characters. Very enjoyable, and I'll be looking out for it in the future.

I wasn't too much a fan of Deb's slang dialogue. I don't normally mind slang dialogue, but that felt overdone and became distracting to me. It made me start to hate a character I wanted to like.

Anyway, keep up the good work, and best of luck with the project in the future.

A very promising start, I'm intrigued by the story, writing and English is great too, and like Rob said earlier, it's VERY English, I found myself trying to pronounce some of the words the way the characters and Brits would, haha. Had good laughs too playing this. MC's sister is oddly yummy to me, and 90% of the time my preference is ladies with more curves, but I do find her delicious And MC's daughter, her washboard abs? I want her right now! Haha, I have a thing for chicks with sexy abs too

Anyway, enough rambling, just wanted to say that this game/story is indeed off to a good and promising start, I'll keep an eye on future updates. Keep it up Azrayal

There is one glaring issue I don't get that makes the wifes "well thought out" plan seem like it wasn't very well thought out even though it's for plot reasons it's still incredibly silly.

So, the daughters life is in danger, his ex new this and sent documents to him saying she'd lied to the daughter to keep her safe.

Why then, if she is in so much danger and only her dad can help, did the ex not also send something to the daughter to let her know she lied therefore she would go to her dad and be a bit safer?

Convoluted plan has glaring plot holes.

Normally I can overlook them, like I said, I know it's for story reasons but it's a big damn hole.

They did talk about spending time coming up with it enough that she planned wayyy ahead to get him out of jail and in a position to do something. The one person she wanted keeping safe she left completely in the dark and wanting nothing to do with the person that could help her.

Seems like probably should have been the first thing she did.

I got engaged in the drama the letter gave. Honestly if the wife is somehow alive I hope we get the option of stopping MC's love for her and flaunt the other women she doesn't know. This is a nice engaging drama rather than a sudden turn of events in the middle of a vanilla story like a game here in this site.

Despite not being an English person it feels nice to see some English slangs and ways of saying things, its refreshing especially since the one of two other game I played that is taking place in England doesn't feel like the character actually is living in England with the lack of these slangs and what not.

I hope you keep going with this story and I hope it will be consistent writing.

Actually it also encompasses most of the Germanic tribes living in Germany, The Netherlands and what we now call the UK. They may have used slightly different names, but it is the same gods and mythology with slight changes.
