You can knock up, Yoko, Rina, Laoise, Jessica, Kaoru, Gloria, Mio. you get to see them either handle it well or have a mental breakdown over it depending on which one it is, then it gets mentioned in the prologue.

In addition to Nennius's post and in case it matters to you.
It is about impregnation only and not actual pregnancy. So no pregnant bellys or sex. Only flavour text.
It is no mechanic. You can decide later on if you want to impregnate them or not.

Man, wtf?! Give me Juni back; the game is good to pass the time, a real 8/10. it is funny, it has sexy gals, the scenes are hot enough to enjoy watching, and the music is so damn good, though the story leaves too much open, and for my part, I wanted more of the pregnancy content; I wanted to see a progression of that inflated stomach. now I wonder if there would be Tropicali 2!

Yoko by herself for me is always number 1, but if she is combined with Rina there is no fucking doubt who wins the poll.
I really liked this game the first time i played, but the spoilers about the endings just turned me off, i don't think i will touch this game ever again.

text color was in "screens.rpy"
i changed it to my preference if anyone interested
i made Dialogue a little bigger and name tags little smaller also made quick menu smaller too which was ridiculously big imho
also changed text color to yellow + black outline ( put it in 0 opacity )
here is the result if anyone interested (you can change the font using shift+a):
if you want this color/size scheme you can replace screens.rpy in Tropicali\game folder with the one inside attachment
Interestingly, there is already a variable (oddly called gui.streamer_mode) to do something similar, already built into the game:
It can be accessed by modifying the variable in options.rpy, but it lacks the quick menu since it's meant for recording promotional videos.
A few lines of dialogue changed here and there, nothing important.
