I'm not sure if I love or hate that.
The Swedish fjäril is pretty good, though I can't find out what the etymology is, seems to just be a very old word for the animal. One source does claim it comes from an ancient word with the meaning of flutter.
You know what, flutterfly would be a much superior name.
Wouldn't work in Swedish though, we already call bats fladdermöss (fluttermice).

There are a few Swedish devs in the scene, but it's often hard to tell since a lot of us are good enough at English that we fly under the radar (until you hear us speak, that is). Aj spik verri good Inglish, nå axxent att ål.
But yeah, I'd be very surprised if North Americans weren't the biggest demographic.

It was a good surprise to see this long and quality story write maybe my expectation was low but this is a hidden gem. I don't like futa content but ruru is a exception. Maybe bcs she-he love mc? or she can be girl without dick when it need it to be. xD It feel more sharing without mc know it.

It does seem like people in general expect far less from the writing. It's probably the most difficult quality to advertise in a game, a lot easier to showcase fancy visuals. That said, I suck at advertising in general... I've been meaning to make a new banner here for the entire year.It was a good surprise to see this long and quality story write maybe my expectation was low but this is a hidden gem. Yeah, I do find futas that can select when to have their dick on display are more appealing to me. Though I'm sure some might argue that doesn't make them true futas.
Eh, my productivity is always inconsistent. I do sit down every day and get something done, but how much is up in the air. I did also do two uni courses in creative writing, this spring and last autumn, so that did take time away from making the game. I started a third course recently, but dropped out. Was almost certainly going to crash into a wall otherwise, I've done that enough times that I'm getting wise to the signs.
As far as completing the game, that's something I'm hard committed to, so no worries on that front. Whether I'll keep on going after that is dependent on my future financial status though.

Would be nice to see Ruru as more of a Yandere towards the MC, maybe turns the MC female and gets her pregnant as some form of control as an ending. Could be a funny twist would like to see some more lovey dovey moments with the MC though.
Downloaded this on a whim and it's one of the most fun VNs to read. The dialogue is pretty witty and the scenes are pretty good.
I do plan to have some sort of optional gender bender stuff for Mr. MC Donkey in one of the endings. Not entirely sure how that'll shape up or anything, not in the habit of making concrete plans ahead of time.
Good news, past me! I did make a new banner.
The bad news is that the quality gets microwaved on the Latest Updates page, so I'm not sure we can call it a success. Oh well.

i'm actualy not into ntr and having dicks all over my screen so i do get you less irked by it, though about there be sharing ... i'm actualy still wondering if the "maid" actualy love donkey -_- i see more probability for her to use him as either a walking mana charger or a vessel for resurecting a demon king or some evil god
i didn't read all of the dev comment here so if he did say there was factual love i just read too much in some scene ^^ like donkey cherry poping, that scene kinda gave me mixed feeling, did she mean he has potential as a male partner or he satisfied her thirst for mana ? though later on there's "hint" at both i don't remember seeing something factualy conclusive :S
Hi, do you plan for the protagonist to discover that Ruru has a penis? And if so, will you create one route where he accepts it and, when having sex with Ruru, gets to choose whether or not he has a penis, and another route where he discovers everything, gets angry with her and leaves her, and that's the ending? No idea why they're called butterfly, but they drop butter in Don't Starve with a very low chance. It is a really good health and sanity healing food and takes a long time to rot. And non of that makes any sense now that i think about it, just like the name of the animal i guess.

seeing that you can have ruru lend donkey her penis so he can fuck girls with it, i'd say there is future for varying degree of implication of ruru's penis to be part of their relation, though i think that judging by the game till now there's no chance for him to banish her or him getting dicked (not too sure about male on futa but it did not seem highly possible) donkey getting "secretly" cucked or him sharing the "ownership" of ruru's penis seem among the more likely ending option though i still think ruru erasing his soul and use the body as a magic battery or a vessel for a demon king/god revival seem not too unlikely
