Nope, 3 months of no dev communication (on patreon or subscribestar, discord doesn't count) or 18 months of no game update will win you the abandoned tag.

shame this has been abandoned, it had a lot of potential but I must say, still not a big fan of the lack of events during the time that bald dude was away on a business trip or whatever he was doing, none of us really care what he was doing but felt like there were some missed opportunities during that time.

His discord works, it's just that dev said in May he's working on the update but we haven't heard anything since then. To be fair, that has been his modus operandi for a while, last update came out the same way. All we can do is wait. Or not, if you don't want to.
