I'm pretty sure they can, it just needs the dev to release a build for android or iPhone right.
Been a while since I used unity but pretty sure it has a build ability for mobile.

I think that in games like this you should always be able to choose your age the same as your name. An elegant way to bypass censorship and not spoil the experience
