Ashford is a crappy copy of HHS, and this is a crappy copy of Ashford. What a disappointment. The main idea of these games is supposed to be progression and worldbuilding with the MC being the force of change - there's zero of that here, it's just rapidfire skipping through a random selection of low res hentai pics (and the most generic captions imaginable) until you see every one of them and then move on to a different selection with no actual gameplay mechanics or story involved, you might as well just decompile the rpa with unren and browse through the pics. Or even better, just go browse any hentai gallery, at least they'll be higher res.

Well none of these others you mentioned ever became a complete game so yeah, don't hold your breath. The main idea of these games is to have a shitload of disjointed, little "stories", that never go anywhere because the whole thing eventually becomes too much of a clusterfuck to handle.

If you're talking about those 3D models (whether it was blenders, Koikatsu, etc), they were at least rigged to the creator's idea using the software of their choosing.
If you're talking about real porn pics, those are mostly used by HTML games, and even those are just pics that you easily find online. Even then, not so many people are into those kinds of thing.

Your definition of "lot" is fucking jarring if the actual difference is 1/100 of game that use assets from another game.

We are fucking pirating most of these games, but we at least has the decency not to use the assets/arts of said games to another game. There are few text-based games in here and they proven themselves worthy, so there's no excuse on using another people's assets unless you specifically made it for a temporary placeholder.

So, OP, if you're still using another game's art, I'm just gonna put this thread on ignore.

That's because it's gathered art... at least HHS+ tried to solve this by focusing more on text with paperdolls supporting it; this just dives straight into the pitfalls of its predecessors

Okay, my comment was deleted, so I'll leave another one.
I tried the game and to be honest it was boring. And the problem is that the gameplay is boring, there is no immersiveness and there are drawbacks in the form of the need to go to the location when there are no events there anymore.
I've played different school principal simulators (HHS, HHS +, AA) so I know roughly what to compare with.
If you add at least some kind of interactive events to the gameplay, be it school management or just mini-games and work out immersiveness, it will be better.
I'll wait for a few updates, I think the author will be able to improve the game.

Thanks everyone for the feedback.

I realized where I was wrong.

• It is better to focus not on the number of events or text, but on the quality of the game itself. Quantity is not equal to quality.
• Pay MUCH more attention to gameplay mechanics.
• It is better to make a flawless demo with completely original pictures and good gameplay, which will take 30-60 minutes, than to do 450 random events without interesting gameplay.

For now, I need a little break from Renpy and think about what to do next.

Liked it, probably because of nostalgia. Ashword academy and original hhs1,2,3 was probably one of the first porn games that was developed by anon.
This kind of games never get finished mostly because there is infinite amount of content that can be added from rule34 and exhentai. But i dont think that dev do not deserve donations. He actually writes those little text additions which is kinda hard to write when its hundreds of them.
