good thing i found this thread through latest updates and when i clicked on the steam link it turns out i already bought this AVN awhile ago, otherwise i would've never know that i have it, the reviews are decent here and mostly positive on steam so i will try it soon!
hopefully there's no cut content from the version posted here to the one on steam due to steam's guidelines, wishing you all good dev with your projects, and after reading your latest comment it turns out i already wishlisted your next project also

There is hardly ever going to be cut content, unless it fails for underage, or sex in school (mainly high school), if anything Steam version are less uncensored then Patreon games...

do you have a problem with me about something as trivial as that!! if that's the case just ignore me, i'm not hurting anyone nor i'm taking too much space on your precious threads!! as for the reason is to wish devs all the best and show them especially the ones that post their threads themselves is that i do appreciate the fact that you share your work with people who don't have the mean to support it for free, and for us that do is that even though you advertise and post your work for free on a pirating forum due to its popularity, sometimes we find out about your AVNs from here, and to encourage and remind more passing by devs if they came across my post to release on steam because the market there is good (as they already know) for us that don't want to deal with patreon

There are many reasons they don't release on Steam. Especially when more money is made on Patreon vs a one-time purchase.

And most games with cut content can be brought back with a patch, and some are changed completely and it doesn't matter where you get it, it will be the same...a good example is this game. Steam is not always a good thing for some even though it will bring more money in, lots have to compromise their vision.

A lot of games on Steam add content as well. And some opposite where they only post the "normal" version and leave the "extended" "special" "ultra" "awesome" edition on Patreon/SubscribeStar which has animations and a whole bunch of extra content....prime example is here, and here and adding it as a DLC for the same price as the game, so you paying double....

That one (Assistant) isn't really cut, it's just not up-to-date as Patreon, a lot of dev's do Season 1/2 etc for more revenue, once Season 2 gets finished will go up as another purchase...

i know already it's not up to date with patreon and divided for seasons/episodes but i swear i read something on steam about removing the two young characters you see on the poster (red hair) compared to patreon due to steam's guidelines

with all due respect to patreon enjoyers even though for me i never used it before but i always consider it a plus for artists, and even if i want to support there they don't accept my payment method, but what made me hate it is the fact since you already mentioned it's the main money maker a lot of unethical AVNs devs there (without mentioning names) exploit the fact that patreon has no adequate customers right protection in place, so once those reach the "comfort zone number" they slack and became complacent and start to milk, no judgment on anyone that accept those kind of behaviors, it's your money at the end of the day and you're free to spend it as you see fit, and sadly those same devs they don't see the good examples on how others that deliver frequently and on time double or triple their supporters. so for me personally steam's model rule and the only way to pay devs, period

Itch has a lot of disadvantages compared to steam (you know) except for less censorship, and they don't accept paysafe (the payment method i use, from Germany here) and i feel like Subscribestar is patreon 1.5 with less restriction on devs and also don't accept paysafe

finally thanks for the back and forth and some helpful info, also the first link you provided earlier for that AVN (that dev can thank you when i purchase it) , much respect for your time

If you go by the banner in the OP, it's Katherine in the middle (brunette with the jersey dress) and Evelyn on the right side (the blond). Maybe Vivian could be counted as one (the girl on the left next to Evelyn) as well. But be aware, they're no mothers, the m in milf gets again wrongly used for "mature I'd like to fuck" not "mother I'd like to fuck" (just pointing it out, because the latter is the real definition, not some "language does evolve for the sake of porn" definition).
