Hey everyone, it's time for another weekly update!
The work on
An Evening of Wonders continues nicely. This week, I was focused on writing and creating renders for one of the more complicated scenes in the game, featuring 4 characters. I'm happy with the progress and should finish this scene sometime next week.
Now, I want to talk about my expectations and plans for the rest of the year so that you all are more informed and know what to expect. It's the middle of July and as far as I can estimate, I think I should be able to finish working on
An Evening of Wonders in September. The Steam release of the game will happen a bit later (the very beginning of November sounds like the best idea) so that I can send the game to curators and gain more wishlists before the release. With how it's been going so far, it seems possible that with some help from curators, the game might feature on the 'Popular upcoming' Steam list a few days before release.
Tune in to the show got on that list 2 days before release and it brought in a lot of wishlists, so I think it's worth a try.
Once I'm done actively working on
An Evening of Wonders, I'll begin work on Episode 8 of
Tune in to the show. As you might know, I wasn't entirely happy with how Episode 7 turned out, so I want to release a better and bigger Episode 8 as quickly as possible (also cause I feel bad about the break needed to work on
AEoW). If everything goes well, Episode 8 will be released sometime before Christmas.
Anyway, I guess that's all for this week's post. Thank you so much for your support and reading, I hope you're all doing well,
