is this cracked/has all the borderline malware DRM removed? If not, I'd advise against downloading this until someone does so, just because it's been such a massive issue before.
I don't know what you're talking about but these are just the uncensored pictures that you replace.

and if anyone has played the demo version. I would start from the beginning to avoid mistakes

I had thought that it was the full game since it was released on dlsite. Didn't download it because I was worried regarding the issues with Elzee putting in malware DRM and shit. What is this then? I don't remember hearing of "the strange patch" before.

Fortunately, with the full release, there is no DRM anymore, nor does the game require any internet connectivity.

However, since it's taken from DLsite, the game might be in Japanese and not English.

can anyone else confirm? because I am still hesitant because of the history here, lol
You don't need to hesitate ,,,,, because the odds are the author is going to get a complaint if he adds unofficial drm to a released game. Some authors use dlsite's official drm, but judging from the game's intro screen, he didn't use the

I suppose, I just am of the opinion that you can't be too cautious. I'll download it then, since it seems like everyone's ok here. It being in japanese only is a bit annoying but I think I can still enjoy it nevertheless.

and if you can get the English version, you can wait if necessary. + if there is an alternative option for buying the full uncensored version, I wouldn't say no either^^

gonna buy this game on steam and play it on my steamdeckXD Shame dev tried to crusade here and waste time for nothing.
Unfortunately, Steam doesn't work for me.
Because they don't know anything about German laws.
And they actually protected themselves with the ID requirement.
So in the past that would have been enough to see the content XD.
But a crappy law firm thinks it's time to sue because yet another woman thinks that's not enough XD
From what I've heard, Steam would win.
But oh well^^ There's also the option of giving it away.
But you need someone to trust^^ So it's a bit of a risk

em ok i say nothing^^

Just throw every .exe and .dll into VirusTotal and run everything in a sandbox.

It does still have retarded anti-tamper in it, seeing as the normal rpgmv/mz json files have been obfuscated/encrypted. All of the core .js plugin files have also had that treatment done. Dude seems to hate the idea of people "stealing" his work or making changes to it so bad. Seems like a mental illness.

so wait, does that mean it's safe to run or not? I'm still kinda uncertain.

Does this look like a big scary? From plugins.js
JavaScript:
...
    }, {
        'name': _0x43d518(0x12d),
        'status': !![],
        'description': _0x43d518(0x195),
        'parameters': {}
    }, {
...
This normally looks like this:
   {"name":"Cheat_Menu","status":true,"description":"","parameters":{}},
...

function _0x4532(_0xa0a8f0, _0x2954ec) {
    var _0x20202e = _0x2020();
    return _0x4532 = function (_0x453235, _0x27ee4a) {
        _0x453235 = _0x453235 - 0xaa;
        var _0x5f534a = _0x20202e[_0x453235];
        return _0x5f534a;
    },
    _0x4532(_0xa0a8f0, _0x2954ec);
}
function _0x2020() {
    var _0x5365dc = ['BattleParallelEventMZ', '3000', 'TRP_ParticleMZ', ... removed because not relevant to the post... '];
    _0x2020 = function () {
        return _0x5365dc;
    };
    return _0x2020();
}
It's pretty funny because all that shit is doing is just returning an array element while making the game run slower. MV/MZ games sometimes have performance issues on weaker machines, and with what this retard dev has done has increased the number of function calls by at least ten times.

Basically, instead of

OPTION1 = ABC

it's

OPTION1 = Convoluted map to XYZ which contains map to ABC

I have quite literally no coding knowledge so anything is scary :ROFLMAO:

doesn't sound like it's gonna brick my computer though, that's the main concern I've had

if you trust dev, play it.
but I don't trust this dev...
this is Copilot's Reply:
"Encrypted files can sometimes evade detection by antivirus programs, but this is not always effective. Some antivirus software may not detect malicious code within encrypted files, especially if specific encryption techniques are used. However, many modern antivirus programs have the capability to detect encrypted files and will further analyze suspicious encrypted files.
