As someone who doesn't really consume NTR because I don't like it (netori ftw), I have to ask: Isn't that how it usually goes? Cuck ends up miserable and cheated on, Chad gets the girl he stole, girl is impregnated/married/whatever to the Chad and is now his. Do NTR stories normally tend to end much differently than that? Again, not really my thing so I speak based solely on the few NTR hentai/games I've seen.
The writing was pointing in a completely different direction. And there was a LOT of exposition. Zack was presented as a totally manipulative narcissist, who cares only for himself. He was blackmailing and manipulating Brooks the entire game and there was a lot of narrative ink suggesting he was going to drop Sophie like a hot potato and disappear shortly after everything blew up.

I thought Brooks was going to get even for how Zack treated him. Instead, Brooks rewards Zack and Sophie both, which makes even less sense. Why give them a huge monetary payoff? Sophie got a Pretty Woman ending even though she treated Felix like a sadist.

Zach, meanwhile, became a responsible, professional basketball-playing puppy . . . who for some reason is still obsessed with tormenting Sophie's ex many, many years later. Why does he even spend a single second thinking about Felix? It made no sense.

I expected an outcome where Zack becomes a professional player, but also endlessly cheats on Sophie. Leopards like him don't suddenly change their spots.

Though Felix' ending is unsurprising, and to a degree apropos. . . suicide would have been a better outcome for him. His attitude toward Amy didn't make a whole lot of sense in the end. Though she enabled Sophie, it was still Sophie's choices.

The Dev built up this persona in Zack that suggested a bad end for Sophie and instead she gets rewarded for her cruelty. So, will she get a very bad end if she demonstrates any humanity? Probably. After this vomit inducing ending, I won't be around to find out.

It was like there was all of the build-up for who Zack is and who Sophie had become that ended in a finale worthy of Dexter or Lost. Disappointing.

Fully agreed.

Though, if we think beneath the surface, this becomes...not entirely unexpected.

You see, what you think makes narrative sense, but then Sophie would be the villain--or at least an accomplice. I believe the dev wants us to think that Sophie is unequivocally correct. In this light, everything makes sense.

Zack changes his 'spots' because him leaving like he should invalidates Sophie's choice to kick Felix to the curb and be with him instead. Sophie must not be wrong in doing so, thus Zack must not do what he would normally do, regardless of where the narrative was and should have been going. We can say he will keep cheating on her, but we don't know that yet.
-In this sense, Zack also does not have agency. He's stuck with Sophie now unless the dev turns it around again--but it's a literal ENDING, so...not likely.

Felix's show of agency--his attitude towards Amy--is also presented as wrong and bad. If he had directed this at Sophie, he would be completely justified and in the right to do so, which also invalidates Sophie's choice (albeit to a lesser degree)--and thus he cannot, and is forced by the hand of the author to direct it at the less guilty Amy.

Brooks...I see him as a sacrificial pawn to let this new 'twist' work because it rewards Zack and Sophie (validation), but who knows at this point.

Most things that don't make sense on the surface usually follows its own internal logic--that's what makes a plot twist work. Here, the nonsense stuff seems to follow the internal logic of 'Sophie is right'.

Having only watched Felix's side, i don't really know what Zack did to manipulate Sophie but my take is that she fell in love with him for real because he was actually charming her straightforwardly. The fact of her walking in on him with other girls I assume was what happened when she wanted to leave him but couldn't after what she saw due to jealousy (I'm aware this is on Sophie's side but I read some spoilers).

With Felix not being able to move on and let things happen in this way feels a bit weak to me and I'm honestly struggling to understand whether if this type of scenario ending makes any sense. I feel like this ending was a form of message saying, if Felix/you becomes unable to move on from what's happened and just outright blames everyone left and right over what's happened to himself, he'll end up all alone.

As someone that's only played Felix's side, I do feel like what happened, how it happened and the outcome of it all makes sense, except the fact that the two of them were able to get away with it scot-free.

A very depressing, sad ending, Felix certainly doesn’t deserve this (everything could have been much simpler and easier for him).
Based on previous discussions of the ending (i didn’t read the spoilers), throughout the entire update i was expecting that something very bad would happen, maybe Felix would be shot by a hunter or he would jump off a bridge, but no, the devs have prepared the most terrible fate for him!
While Sophie is enjoying a beautiful, rich life, Felix is dying in depression, living in his "happy past life" in his mind! Felix has no way out, and if in the end he still took off the ring, even through pain, then one could judge that he has a future, but no he will be left to suffer alone for the rest of his life!
This is not a fair ending!

It’s interesting that the game will have an ending where Zack leaves Sophie to suffer, because at the beginning everything was all about it!

So what's next noticed Felix gallery had no WIPs, where Sophias had i think was 8. Are we going to get him/her cheating scenario, a porn scenario, an apology scenario, an abandoned scenario, a pass around scenario. Whatever dev does has to be better than this update.

Shhh! Don't tell all those dudes above. Let them be fully assured the game has ended with "lame ending" in 0.28 and go wait for next Azienda's game somewhere else. While we'll enjoy all this in silence :ROFLMAO:

Even if the rest of the game is amazing (and this one isn't; it's passable at best), this ending is still a black mark.

We've all seen otherwise decent games and even series ruined because it ended badly.

not the same though
ugly old dude (good at fucking) VS avg loving dude
in TtP Good looking young stud (good at fucking) with the potential of big-money success (athlete) VS a below avg teacher with a boring lifestyle (bad at fucking)
Felix's character is set up for failure from the beginning as it should be in an NTR GAME
let's be honest for a second if any woman got to secure a committed relationship with someone like Zack she would leave her husband immediately some women do it with just a lie so what do you think would happen if he was sincere like Zack in this ending
The fact that Zach was presented as too perfect is a reason why this is not a very good story (nor a good ntr). There’s no tension or mystery if the choice for Sophie (or for any woman, as you put it) is this obvious.

The story presented “reasons against Zach” for Sophie: He’s her student, he’s much younger and she’s (somewhat happily) married to Felix.
But it dealt with them in shallow, unsatisfactory ways.

Zach’s younger - He’s presented as mature beyond his years. More mature than Sophie in ways he shouldn’t. Sophie has no trouble connecting with much younger man that would have different upbringing and different priorities in life (Why is he a family man, ready to settle down as a teenager?)

Zach’s her student - This has not been presented as being a major negative. “What if we’re found out” is downplayed and only used as a cheap thrill for sex scenes.

Marriage with Felix - Reduced to Sophie constantly saying to herself “I still love Felix” until she stopped and mundane scenes where Sophie is progressively more and more annoyed at Felix. It’s difficult to write a believeable and interesting married relationship, so I don’t blame the devs much on this one.

Additionally, the corruption aspect, which is usually a big part of ntr, in this game leads to… happy, loving relationship with a perfect man? That’s not corruption. Sophie’s been hinted at becoming sadistic by belittling Felix but even that was just a brief phase for her. She’s settled to be quite well adjusted person.

Other endings might be better, but they won’t change that this ending is bad and it came first.
This ending is bad for YOU. You should maybe specify it while writing, seems like you're speaking the truth when for me and many others it's a perfect ending.

What about this reasons? The "perfect man" is a slut, huh?

cg14_02.jpg cg36_06.jpg

And is Sophie the only sadistic person, really? Nobody uploaded her pics on school's PC for Felix to see? Nobody was humiliating Felix here and there every time them 3 were in one room? Nobody shit-talked Felix when he found Zach and Sophie together?

I personally find it hilarious how almost everyone complaining about this ending are simplifying the story and than complain about their simplified image instead of real story. I guess all you disgusting people just clicked through all the text not reading it, just lurking for porn pictures, and that's the root of the issue :WeSmart:

The game is about Zack's big dick and Sophia's slut, that's the story. no love, no nothing, if Felix had the same dick as Zack, it wouldn't have ended like this. it's simple. whoever has the biggest dick in these games, wins.

Still trying to understand the necessity of sending Felix all those videos if they were so happy. Also where was Felix balls went off on Amy but not his wife. This ending was so all over the place.

Many people don't read and skip dialogues. Even the guy a few posts ago who talked about a "bad" ending said that he skipped dialogues. And now he thinks he can give an opinion about the game.

In the last updates Zack showed, including the scene at the amusement park but also others, that he faced major changes in his life and opened up to Sophie showing his weaknesses too. All those who talk about an abrupt ending where he goes from being a guy who fucks anyone, -which by the way is false because since he started his affair with Sophie he stopped doing that, continuing only sporadically with Amy with whom he had a deeper relationship- to a family man, simply didn't read the story or they did but don't understand it.

Maybe I didn't understand but what was the purpose 5 years later did he and Sophia sending Felix sex videos. Being a family man. What did I miss. Seems he was still a dick and she was a hoe.

It's almost certain that Sophie doesn't know about the videos. In her pov you can see that she thinks only about her family. The one who sends the videos and pics is Zack, and the motivation for that I think can be simplified to: he enjoys doing it. He probably gets turned on knowing he's tormenting him. Zack always hated Felix since the beginning of the story, and one of the motivations for him trying to fuck Sophie is most likely that she was his wife, in addition to the other reasons he said during the game, being hot, innocent and so on.

But his plan went “wrong” because during Sophie's seduction, the very fact that it was difficult to win her over and took months, made them get to know each other better, talking about the books they read, the shows they watch, their hobbies in general. And that's where Zack's plan to just fuck Sophie changed to something else. The love "trap" got him too. But the hate for Felix didn't vanish even after 5 years so you get the sex recordings and stuff sent to him.

I hope that is true. It would actually work well in future update. She finds out what he is doing to Felix and she gets pissed. Repercussions for what he's doing happen. Though I feel nate and Amy are unused assets. Especially since Nate likes him and Amy wanted to make it up to him. But I am sure that won't happen.

i quote doctor House here "people dont change" specially not if there is nothing at least traumatic happening to them, meeting Sophie and fking the shit out of her is not a traumatic experience that will change his life...the writer try to make sense of this ending but he showed us who Zack is at the start of the game, and because of that all the shit that comes out of his mouth is a lie, BUT with this ending, the moment he marry Sophie, now we have to believe that all the obvious lies from before were not lies ... like every time he show himself vulnerable in front of Sophie those were supposed to be lies, cause he is manipulating her, but now those were true...he stop having sex with all the other women cause he is "hunting" not cause of love, that´s the thing, i dont know how the reader can believe that Zack was a decent guy, he does nothing to give me that impresion, like even at the last moment of that game i was in total disbelieve waiting for him just to dump her ass xD

YOU skipped the text apparently huh, Zack was the one to push Sophie to humiliate Felix in the first place and when the game is finished it will be by choice if she will indulge in that or not
to put it simply (a delinquent stealing his teacher's wife) Zach enjoys humiliating Felix from the start and while he can still do it why stop if it is a fetish for him Felix had the option of changing his phone number and city disappearing but he didn't he is stuck dwelling on his past, Zach is always sending him pics for the whole five years not just after 5y for the suffering to stay fresh and rub it in his face like the bully that he is

i quote doctor House here "people dont change" specially not if there is nothing at least traumatic happening to them, meeting Sophie and fking the shit out of her is not a traumatic experience that will change his life..
A personal experience here a friend of mine was an alcoholic and a drug user then one day he had a kid, less than a month later he went to rehab now he is 6years sober is having a kid a traumatic experience lol

i dont know how the reader can believe that Zack was a decent guy, he does nothing to give me that impresion, like even at the last moment of that game i was in total disbelieve waiting for him just to dump her ass xD
Nobody is saying Zach is a good/decent guy Zach is a bully, Zach is a narcissist but that does not mean he can't be a good father or a good husband he loves to hurt people but not his own family and friends and Sophie was his gf now wife while he have a very reasonable reason to hate Felix now being her ex-husband
ps: that's every girl Wattpad dream guy the bad boy that she can tame for her benefit and her offspring
