It is absolutely unfair to react with a face palm emoji, but just how people are allowed to praise the game, people are allowed to criticize the game. It's good to see criticisms so people can avoid games they won't enjoy as tags are fairly useless at showing what the game will include. This game have several tags, but neither neotare nor lesbian is given. To be annoyed about a weak willed and apologetic protagonist is not useless, it warns people who don't want to play as one. Just as it's unfair to criticize people who like the game, it's unfair to criticize people who dislike the game.

Of course it could be said better, but that goes for every single game on here. It's a porn game site, one cannot expect everyone to write a well written essay about it, comments will be crude.

I find it funny how people are saying what type of character the MC is before any game progression and character development. Most people, including the ones in the thread would apologize to a woman they walk in on half naked, even if it wasn't their fault or done purposely, so that's a weird complaint. Not going to beat a dead horse with the mom scene since the dev has already addressed it, which I personally didn't have a problem with, but can be problematic for people who don't like such scenes.

This was a good amount of content in a trailer which rare, and really won me over. The girls are all very cute, especially Chloe the goblin roommate, the layout of the plot so far is really interesting and really want to see more. I am definitely interested in seeing what will happen with the MC after .

If I get into my room and there is someone naked in it, I better knew the said person. If that's not the case I would demand an explanation and/or throw them out. The fuck I apologize for walking into my own fucking room. Fuck that noise.

Regardless of whether or not the MC could've known if Chloe would be in there, he still walked in on a girl he's never met before dancing in her underwear and caused her to (briefly) faint. Considering she's going to be his roommate for the foreseeable future and should probably be on good terms with her, a verbal apology followed by getting to know her over dinner is really, really not that big of a deal. It's all his idea too, so it's not like he's going "bwuh sorry lady I'll do whatever you ask of me," which I'd be more willing to actually call "spineless." It leads to Chloe having a favorable impression of the MC anyways, she's already jealous of the childhood friend! The whole situation leads to a net positive because the MC now has a good start to a relationship with someone who's obviously a love interest.
If the MC acted like some of the people in this thread think he should, then we'd probably have to deal with Chloe being some obnoxious bitchy tsundere-type where she hates him at first and the MC slowly having to build up to just being at the start of an "okay with each other" relationship with her. At that point I'd take a genuinely "spineless" MC over the painful "have to share a dorm with a girl who hates you" trope.

But is it not better for people to complain so that the people not wanting to play as such a character don't download the game just to be disappointed and complain themselves? It'd really be better for people to form their own opinions by playing the game themselves and just moving on if they don't like it. But because there's people in the thread acting like he's some testicle-less doormat, that potential player gets disinterested and misses out on a game they'd actually enjoy otherwise.

If I had a game on here and got comments that essentially boiled down to "I don't like the MC because he's not some edgy rude dude with an attitude," I'd just ignore them because all of those people aren't interested in the story that I'd actually want to tell.

This is correct. The girls might play with each other a little but they will only be in love with the MC. There will additionally be other yuri content between girls not in MC's harem. Think voyeurism and such.

Pretty subjective tbh. If you can convey a MC 1st attitude in those scenes, I find it helps. Like this recent game, To Be a King, had this:"I am not going to have you delivering sensual messages to her for me. Let's be clear. My experience with women is more out of necessity than desire. Kaylan was very good, but I prefer you."

I think most people fall in the middle where they don't mind(atleast able to ignore) some interactions as long as it's pretty casual 1-time affairs as compared to a systemic relationship...

One suggestion tho(I basically give it to every game in the futa/trans genre): When mentioning Futa/Trans, include who fucks whom (male-on-trans vs trans-on-male), both in the description & in-game. Preference on this is split, even among ppl who 'like futa/trans', so better to treat them as different tags from the beginning to better inform everyone. You'll always find people asking about this, better to just post it right at the start ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯

Similarly for genre that might be kind of D/s like 'pee', you might want to elaborate who does what to.
Or with vague tags like hairy.

I'm not going to lie, I haven't even played the game, so I'm not really sure what's what, I'm going by what people say. But apologizing for not doing anything wrong will not start some sort of hate relationship. She would definitely be more embarrassed, but unofficially accepting blame instead of being at least a little more assertive is a bit spineless in my opionion, but of course, it is subjective.

Not everyone can download everything, not everyone want to download anything. I'm not going to download a game that I don't think I'd enjoy, and the comments are a good way to see what the game is like, not everyone bothers with writing a well structured actual review. If people complain about a weak willed protagonist, there is a good chance he is.

It's absolutely good for the developer to see what the people want, especially early on. If people overwhelmingly complain about something, there is probably something wrong with it, if people overwhelmingly criticize something, you've probably done a very good job with it.

Of course people can say things more eloquently, and I don't see many that have lost critical thought. They didn't like a certain part of the game, so they wrote about it. Again, yes it could have been said better, but I feel like it's a lost cause trying to have a completely elegant comment section on a porn site. Because he did no shit wrong, Thats why people are annoyed and calling him spineless. If he waved his hand and said ah my bad, and then continued his day and treated it as water under the bridge. There wuld be nothing, justa simple misunderstanding to be forgotten.. But cause he admitted to a mistake which wasnt even his fault and then started pandering to her by making her dinner, a complete stranger (regardless if shes cute or not) Is what gives people the shits. So right now we are seeing a character that has very little backbone. So they could bang without him being there.

If the dev does intend him to be spineless like this, then its fine if its the vision of his game. Until its made clear on this, people will get the shits.

Is that really the case though? You're not the writer of the story (and neither am I) so we have no idea how Chloe would've reacted if he tried to just brush off what happened. Who's to say that she wouldn't just get more pissed by the MC just trying to treat it like it was no big deal? I almost wish the dev would add that path now so we could see just how spectacularly it would blow up in his face.

Chloe's really not a "stranger" at that point though. After walking in on her (causing her to faint) and making sure she's okay, MC already gets confirmation that she's going to be his roommate. He even gets to know her better because he goes "oh hey I'm hungry, you're hungry, let's have dinner" and then they talk about games! Literally all he's doing is just building the foundation for an actually good relationship with the girl he's going to be sharing a room with for... however long he's going to be sharing it with her for.

MC doesn't care about the fact that Leyna's fucking his mom because he's not another incestuous porn game character. Also, no, they didn't kick him out of the house either. The timing for him to start learning at the university is very abrupt, sure, but he decides to go on his own accord and his mom even says that she'll take him home if he doesn't like it after a week... which is not a situation where I'd describe anyone being "kicked out," really.

Except my main complaint is people calling the MC "spineless" and "ballless," and the MC is, by default, an important component to the game. My other issue was the posts about how this isn't a "true harem" or whatever because of the (planned, not yet implemented) lesbian tag (because girls in the harem might do sexual things with each other) and acting like the MC won't have any girls to himself when we haven't even got to any point in the story where the MC fucking someone would more naturally come into play.

Whether I've played the game or not is irrelevant to the discussion.

As Titch says in the introduction to the game, disabling the girl dick fetish will prevent your character from having a sexual relationship with any futa characters and significantly reduces the camera's focus on them however they will still occasionally be shown naked, 99% of the time in a non sexual context, e.g. here where the two of them are just relaxing together nude.
