Nah. Mc is just another kid speaking like a kid, acting like a kid and thinking like a kid (with a lot of ... in the middle, just little boys insecurities portrayed like that). The horrible man that appears at the start is just an excuse (a good one, btw, just bad implemented) for another ordinary game based on school-teens-milfs-incest relationships. To find a proper, adult developer who knows how an adult person would react in situations like we see in this story would be the needle in the stack.

There are no set rules to dictate how much the old version of MC affects the current version of MC. This is fantasy so the rules become whatever the Dev decides them to be. I see it as old memories being instantly dropped into current MC's brain. The Dev gets to say how the young brain will process that new information.

Question for people who have played through this. Is the MC a horrible rapey ugly bastard looking at this as a 'finally I can take advantage or everyone who I think wronged me', or more of a 'this is a second chance to turn my life around' and he's actually a good person, kind of a story?

I'm still playing through the game, but here is what I'm thinking so far. It's not so black and white with this MC. He is a mix of both of those archetypes you listed.

Basically, he is a middle aged, social reject, pervert loser fucktard. Then he gets the second chance and goes through a lot of introspection, soul searching, and character growth. However, the pervert is definitely still there. As far as I can tell, the balance of those two desires might shift based on your choices (corruption vs seduction and some other flags that are set).

Basically, the game sets up the ambiguous nature of the MC in the shared text lines that show regardless of your route. The girls' corruption vs seduction scenes will give a certain side of the MC more weight.

Whether you like the rapey stuff or are looking for the redemption story, you should give it a shot. The writing is really good. I certainly wasn't expecting this level of depth in a reincarnation porn story.

Wow, nice game mate. Really good. I love that i can choose my route. I agree with some fellow here in that the little sister looks "too little". Obviously she can´t look like MC´s classmates but maybe she can look "older".

The game side steps age related issues and doesn't dwell on it in a fetishized way, but it's pretty clear what the age of all the characters are.

MC = 13~14
Older sis = 16
Older sis' boyfriend = 18
Younger sis = 1 less than MC
Mom = 33
Age at which mom had her first child = 17

Younger sis model fits her age actually lol. Tbh, the game should have shota and loli tags.

The fact that the MC himself is a kid (at least in body lol) kinda makes it not fucked up... maybe?

A strong praise of a game is if I read through it all rather than my eyes glazing over and I end up holding down ctrl just to see the smut, and thankfully this was the former. I like rough and pervy stuff so mainly grabbed it because it had twisted in the title, and maybe that was part of the naming intention but what piqued my curiosity was how his memories were all jumbled (or twisted, as per the title). I'm hoping it's more than just supressed memories, it all doesn't add up, and given he's already travelled back in time I'm hoping there's something pretty wild and interesting going on.

Sadly part way through the grammar takes a massive nose-dive. Some of these wouldn't be caught using a spell checker "nest" instead of "next" for example, but lots would and so it's not really forgivable and just comes across as lazy.
I'm also not sure what's going on with the names... Is Cathrine a name in some part of the world or was it supposed to be Catherine and was just wrong every time? Stephanie got called Stephany at least once too, both are right I think but it needs to be consistent.

Yea, the first 20 minutes or so had no noticeable grammar issues. After that, we get the occasional spelling mistakes, weird phrasing, odd word choices, etc. It's definitely not bad enough to detract from the story or characterizations, but it can be distracting. Easily fixed by another pass by a proofreader.

Absolutely agree with the mega boobs. Big boobs are great... until it passes a certain threshold. Then it looks just ridiculous. Nothing to be done about this though. I still like the overall aesthetic style.
