Roughly speaking, seduction path is more about romantic and love. Still get to satisfy your lust, but through a more proper way. Corruption is corruption, basically using blackmail, manipulation or other methods to achieve your lusty ambition.
In terms of the contents, I think two paths have different dialogues, have a slightly different scene in most cases. Two or three significantly different scenes.
You can have both seduction points and corruption points. Usually it only checks which one is higher.
But I actually never try corruption path, these are what I heard about. Correct me if i am wrong.

WOW just WOW, I have played hundreds of games and this game is exceptional, the dialogue, animations and story are amazing, it's funny at times where I was actually laughing out loud and then it pulls on your heart strings, Stephanie is such a beautiful soul and her feistiness is just perfect, I got a lump in my throat when she was talking about her mother and it's so sad that she is so poor that she didn't even have enough money to buy a bikini but it was so cool that MC purchased it for her, and Lola sniffing MC's underwear hahahahaha, that was great, I have about ten Patreon memberships from playing games on this site and as good as this game is it definitely needs to be supported, anyway that's just my opinion on the game
I liken Lola to Charlie in It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. That ride or die with a few screws loose that is a total wild card you have no idea wtf she's going to do.
It's mostly about how your mc acts with the Love interest.
Basically mc starts as a very bitter and spitefull person who blames all the people in his past for how he turned out. When he gets back to the past he sees that his memories weren't true and that his own action or rather inaction was the reason most of his relationships turned sour.
In seduction route the mc learns from this and tries to do right by the girls and fix his relationship with them. In corruption route he keeps on his spitefull path and tries to take what he wants from the girls by force.
Seduction is therefore more romantic.
The goal in both routes is the same though. The mc is dominant in both routes, the mc is actively working towards a harem.
There's some scenes variations, mainly in sex scenes, and dialogue changed. One girl progresses significantly faster in corruption route (Because mc rapes her), one girl progresses significantly faster in seduction route. Total scene amount are about equal.
Yeah BaiBai has escalated things from one sex scene to the next, but that doesn't mean he has to switch to a different sex act.
Look at Stephanie. From her first time, to the marathon at mcs home, to the sex at the beach, each time has escalated from the first in some way, but they're still all the same position. One escalates in quantity, seduction at the beach escalates in terms of romantic intensity and the meaningfull creampie finish, corruption at the beach escalates in terms of domination.
So she could very well still get another blowjob and still have it escalate in some way. After all she didn't have a full blowjob either, just a bit on top of the titjob. A full-blown enthusiastic deepthroat blowjob would definetly be an escalation.
But nevertheless I am sure whatever baibai has in store for us is gonna be great no matter what it is.
Mommy Jackie and Sis Alyvia are absolutely great main LIs - beautiful, interesting and a challenge to acquire. Others not so much for my tastes / morals. I'm not into girls that have a sufficiently high probably of ending themselves if things would not turn out, too many of the main LIs have that vibe.
