Mrs. Clemmet could be promoted to main girl, she has so much spotlight that it wouldn't be strange for that to happen (besides, it could open up a place for two more new girls and make a total of seven main girls and seven secondary girls). But it's just an idea, there might end up being too many characters to work with, and sorting out screen time would become even more complicated.
The real difference between main and side girls so far is just that side girls only have one path and can be rejected. Not how much time is given to them. Nina is perfectly fine where she is, imo. And we have already quite a large number of LIs, anymore and it would get too much.

I don’t know if this game will update at a fast enough rate for this to matter but I have a question. Between the two of what I assume to be major routes for catherine, which one will lead to a “love” relationship the fastest? Or will they go the same pace? It feels like the corruption route will be either slower or faster, but maybe that’s just how it’s written.

When you say "love" route, do you just mean any sexual scenes? in that case I would say corruption will be faster. If you say love as in actual loving relationship, then the seduction route will probably reach that sooner.
The way I see it going for her: in corruption you get sexual scenes that she consents to but she really isn't very interested in for a while, then she slowly over time realizes she like doing those things and likes the MC
and in the seduction route I think she will witness MC being a generally good guy, and slowly fall out of love with her current man (Aden I think his name is), and starts falling for MC, this will probably happen after Steph accepts the harem situation and the MC starts being openly romantic with other women.
Its really hard to say, though

Yeah I do mean loving relationship. I wonder if the dev plans to make them match up or if one will be faster than the other.
I mean, he will be cucked, no question. This is how the game should progress. But personally, I dont think he is that much of a dickhead. He is a wimp and cheats in a test, but you can argue that MC is worse with blackmailing and raping Catherine. (At least in one path)

I think the key thing you're missing is the OP was asking for a loving relationship not just H-scenes. So, corruption is faster to the latter, but almost definitely will not be faster to the former (assuming that relationship ever ends up being loving on that route).
