Just patch....It screams more to Snats having no clear consistency with a game he had a couple years ago claimed that the plot he had generally already outlined and planned out. So replacing the premise of the MC speaks to that being a lie. There are some pretty glaring lies that were told to backers in terms of direction of the game and his long term plans of what we were backing.
As to those still doing so? Either they
A) Don't care (totally fine tbh, your money),
B) Didn't pay attention to those sorts of things (also 100% fine, we've got lives/or at least other porn games to play)
C) Are so addicted to their homosexual tendencies of fapping to traps they can't help but love the game (if its your thing, go for it, nothing against you guys, but you're still gay though
D) in a "sunken cost" situation that they won't cut him off (the group who actually are the problem).

So my personal view on this is hiding content within different routes you can take, especially within a sandbox game which I presume this will end up as is just a bad idea.
It never actually deepens gameplay, all it does it make your head hurt as you try to count stats and try to remember choices, it's annoying and means you'll miss stuff just for the purpose of what exactly? I'm unclear.
There's no benefit that I can see and every game that does this just ends up being annoying because of it.

I dont even know if the dev reads here so we might just be screaming into the void but here's my brief 2 cents.
- I miss the MC being a manipulative charismatic little dude, you felt he was always in control or had a plan. It was endearing tbh. New dude is ...kinda just horny?
-This prologue could really benefit from a revision of sex scenes. They feel too long and a bit redundant (why did I spend 3 minutes clicking through a handjob?)
-the exploration bits could have a warning that you clicked somewhere that will advance the story. I like worldbuilding so I enjoy reading fluff about lore and ambience
But overall I like it, great graphics and animations for sure.

Can someone REASONABLE (I dont need ot hear that the game sucks 500 times) tell me how the game feels nowadays?
I played the game years ago and somewhat enjoyed it. I did not really like that there was so much focus on the little brother (when I played it, he had the most content and this was not really what I was looking for, but I enjoyed the other characters and if I remember correctly, it was avoidable anyway).
But with the Rework I think I will give it another chance. So if someone has played the Rework and does not just want to bitch about the game, how is it compared to 2 years ago (which was when I played it).

Reviews after a Rework are usually worthless, because people are dumb and complain about changes, because they changed something.
OR maybe what he added was shit and a waste of time compared to the original. Pointless minigames, a dumb stat system to give you less scenes if you do one stat instead of the other, bald white faceless beings you tit fuck or fuck, over use of soundfx I can go on. I liked the original and this was a big let down so far, but I do still look forward to the game when they get to the actual house, I don't care about the hospital which isn't out yet or heaven or hell, I liked old hell characters better

Ok, thank you. Minigames is indeed a turnoff for me.
But maybe I will just try it out if it is really only 30 minutes. While browsing here I thought that the prologue would be 20 minutes and people are complaining about it and abandoning the game based on the prologue, but if there is not that much content yet, I can just check it out myself.

I like the new prologue. I just hope the updates come faster now that the dev has a renewed appreciation for the game.
Supposedly it was slotted to release either yesterday or today. But a part of me is dreading that its gonna get delayed.

Unless I am misunderstanding that post isn't it just saying that the beta that we have on here has been released to Snats's discord for everyone to play and that he's still working on the patch/proper public release the user you're replying to is asking about? Not to mention it's saying it'll be removed Sunday which sounds like it must have been posted a day or two ago and it was only just posted here.
no bro, the game on discord is the public release with the 5 sex scenes and maybe some fixes, the patch snats is working on is a complety different thing.
The reason i didn't put the links is because im wanting for that patch.

No it's not it even says on the post he made that it was the BETA version. If you download it and play the game it says that it is the test version and it doesn't have the extra scenes.
I don't know if the here people just can't read or if they just like to make shit up. He just decided to release the beta version for everyone while he finishes the official public release.
Welp. I think regardless of what the meaning behind that post is I'll just play whatever gets publically released on the patreon. I'd assume that'd be the most polished version I could get and I do really want to give my first impression of the remake the best and fairest chance I can.
