when he was using patreon, he talked about doing the hospital scenes around 2 years ago. if it takes 2 years and change to implement a hospital background with some interactions with ren'py, idk how he would be able to finish this game.(he won't but ill check in once in a while to play the free version)

mind you ren'py is based on python language which isn't as hard to understand unlike C/C#/C++.

From what we know there's nothing to leak right now. $100 tier patreons just got a revised version of what's currently on here for playtesting. So not only was it buggy but its not even the continuation to the story that we've been waiting for.

Yes, dev runs a milking farm and he has hundreds of cows (subscribers) to milk. Some cows give more milk than the others but at the end they are just cows.
