I kind of get what he means, but "fast" is perhaps the wrong word.
The exposition dump is long, that's factual, but the pacing of the events are rather excessive. There's just so much shit going on in the prologue, it can give a man whiplash.

We got heaven vs hell shenanigans.
Being revived into some dead guy diagnosed with a deadly disease.
A broken family home with a femboy dad added.
A possible coup de'tait and assassination attempt in game's major economic power.
Said assassination target in the EXACT SAME HOSPITAL as the MC.
Prisoners' escape plot.

That's not even including the personal character arcs of the main cast that now includes the Dad and Aunt, let alone side quests with the expected 150+ characters.

Really, it should have been spread out.

So, just to be clear. In the second post in the thread it says Futa content is avoidable but doesn't change the story in the game. Does that mean you can't choose not to fuck the futa chars? You can choose not to see it but your char does it anyway? Or am I misunderstanding?

There will be dialogue that indicates you don't have sex with them. It doesn't really change anything other than probably not unlocking the scene in the gallery, as their attitude towards you will be the same regardless.

While I was reading the "changelog", I noticed something. I noticed a lot of 'telling' and no amount of 'showing.'
Until the update comes out and I can see the changes for myself, I won't believe a thing that was said in the changelog.

And maybe it's just me, but why does it seem like we gonna spend an infinity amount of time in the hospital? Why?

We've been at that phase for a few years now. 0.1.5 was meant to be an interim patch for him to finish the rest of the patch in the meanwhile, and he failed to even deliver that. I'm not "resetting the timer" for that. I think he is finally burned out. The remake decision has been a disaster. He went from someone well liked to someone despised on here, on itch, and on his discord. Guy probably fucking hates the audience now, so I think he is going to dump what he's made so far (if he does) and then just milk forever, like BlueCat or something.
