to anyone still interested, dont bother with the gallery, its just a picture gallery, not a scene gallery, so its basically a worse version of just unpacking the "archive.rpa" file.
also, the guy who mentioned the universal renpy unlocker, he meant this:

when you use it unlocks the normal gallery, but not the ending one(just tested the soft version, dunno about the hard version of the mod).
