Ive spent about 2 and a half hours trying to get as many costumes as i can but i am still missing many of them. It would help if i knew which specific ones I'm missing, and if possible what they look like or an area where i could potentially get them.
Also for some reason i couldn't screenshot the game so i had to do it with my phone and also the picture quality won't be good.
Oh and for leveling up/getting xp i asssume the fastest way is to just get to 5 star wanted level and just continuously beat up cops right?

Quick way to get a ton is to use the train and the summoning staff, cops won't show up to fight on the train.
Not sure if the summoning staff is available in the version you're playing on.
One set I was missing for a while is from the ghost girls. There's three or four throughout the game with unique clothes.
Best way, obviously, is to just go on a rampage through the town and the city.
Some interior buildings have employees with unique clothing too.

Also yeah, I don't think there's a better (legit) way to farm xp than beating up cops.

I have donwloaded full english version and still apears in japanese, what can i do for swap langage?
summoning staff? the version I'm playing on is 1.0.3.0 which seems to be the latest version unless I'm missing something here.
edit: also what's up with these paper cups i bought? i don't know how or what to use them on.

Summoning staff is not part of the dlsite release yet. It was part of the patreon release at some point i suppose.

The dev is asking for monthly payments, purposely restricts already finished content and put always online drm in his singleplayer game.

I'm playing on my own patreon copy, so it may not be in any other releases.
Rampage definitely being the best choice.
The train is still a valid method to farm XP without the police showing up.

Last (English, uncensored) Android version I've seen was 0.0.19 working with the api server, but another person here reported it would not work anymore.
I cannot confirm or deny that because I don't really use smartphones.
