It's only a demo right now but the developer is slowly making a new game with the sister. Despite the misleading title that was made up for the game thread it isn't related to Two Weeks, except for the Sister being used again (as a cousin).

No. Check the tags for things like that they'll usually get added, especially with a finished game and pregnancy.

what a game Great renders .... superb content .. everthing so perfect... Happy ending.... I play a lot of games but dont no why i feel attached to this story.. and i thought there will be more updates but i just figure that's final.... Just want to say something to creator if you reading this .. you done a great job .. i wish there will be a part 2...

honestly, what is in this game really like me too.
the problem is that the sudden ending, at the end of the first week of a game called two weeks ..., demolishes my judgment.
but if it were an onhold game, I'd be waiting for the sequel
