I liked the scene where Kinley talks about Jesus to the MC. Most adult VN bash Christianity if they discuss religion like they're written by edgy redditors so it's always a nice change of pace when they don't.

But let's just agree here... Spreading the good word by "bang everything AVN" is one of the strangest launch platforms for missionary work I've heard of, and there have been some truely interesting ones.

As for the writing. I'll happily give you that atheists can be annoying... but "Here's a deep philosphical cut delivered by a child, tihi I don have all the answers as I'm only twelve" is hamfisted at best.

I agree with you that it was on the nose, sure, but so are the countless examples of on the nose denegration. Me personally, I would choose to have adult AVNs not talk about religion all together, but this example was a breath of fresh air for me.

Technically speaking, The Bible isn't against polygamy. There was a bunch of it in the Old Testament. Polygamy is only forbidden to church clergy.

As far as I have ever found, the only direct instruction for monogomy is specifically concerning Pastors and Deacons. As for Polygomy and the horrible word begining with "In" that so many platforms will ban a game for, consider Jacob, whom God renamed Israel, father of the Israelites... He had 12 sons (the 12 tribes of Israel) by four women, two were wives and two were his wives servants. His two wives were sisters to each other and were also first cousins of Israel. Israel's father and mother were first cousins once removed, and his grandparents, Abraham and Sarah, were half-siblings, same father but different mother's... So... According to the Bible, God's chosen nation/people was birthed out of Polygamy and incest... Think Patreon will now ban the bible?

Thanks... Now go compare them to the women on your local dating app and let me know what's closer to reality UC8 or those games where every woman is a supermodel? I get that some play games strictly for the departure from reality, and that's fine. there are tons of games like that... I dare to be a little bit different. It's not for everyone, and that's fine. There are those who love it and get it... and honestly, I can think of visual novels with uglier girls... I mean have you played some of the hand drawn 2d visual novels? Some are great, but some barely resemble women, so I think to include the entire visual novel spectrum makes that a pretty harsh statement... but whatever

Don't bother.
1- it's pointless
2- it's subjective
3- it's an opinion, a rather unintelligent one, but, an opinion
4- it opens the debate about their opinion

So, it is not a total loss.

If you asked me, I'd have something to say about the facial expressions, but, you didn't ask me, and, whatever I had to say meant nothing in the end.

I am sure that you have been made aware that most people consider the facial expressions WAY too intense, so, if you kept at it, it's because you want them to be that way. Maybe even increased them. It is a design choice.

To me, after a while, they become caricatural, expected and fade into the background, not unnoticed but inserted. Do they shock once in a while? Yeah, they do. Does it affect the story or the enjoyment? No. Not really.

This too shall pass.

Still waiting for the daughter mod. Come to think of it, how hard would it be to simply flip the variables to where not daughter = not an Li and is daughter = is an LI? Granted their scene dialogue would have to be hijacked too otherwise it would make little sense from an incest standpoint.

Read the thread ... this scenario is actually planned for a future update. It's going to be part of the game for those that can't live with the idea of an of-age woman in the game not being an LI.

When I first encountered this game, I wondered if the characters looked they way they did because the game was meant to be some kind of parody. I'm still unsure.
