I'm just surprised for realism sake, even though it's an AVN with porn logic. You don't find many 37 year olds in relationships with under 25's. That's a big age gap. There's no harem tag so if we are supposed to choose, yes it's Jo only at the moment, the rest of the official LI's seem unrealistic, I thought they would all be side chicks. There's no chemistry so far with Amber, Rachel or Erin, no shared life experiences and Leslie really passed me by. I thought Stacy, Tink and Jackie seemed possible and much more obvious as choices. Greta makes more sense than Amber or Erin, she would a great 'Mom' for Kinley.

I'll have to be completely honest here... I've recently replayed this game from the start and just played its latest update... But I don't have a clue who half of these names are. Jo I remember because there is actual chemistry there, as well as a certain deliberate intention.
You have a good point, I think. I had the impression that all chicks were side chicks and all sex was casual. And, on some level, that's fine. Some relationships start out with casual intimacy and progress further. Others start from friendship and mutual respect.
One LI I didn't expect to be in the list is Tink. I remember her being clear she was only looking for a casual stuffing, not the whole relationship thing. (I could be wrong.)

If we're going by the creep rule, then the MC could date anyone between the ages of 25 and 60. I'd agree that 25 is relatively young, but I'd also look at their life experience. A 25-year-old who has been working and living independently for 5 years is an entirely different person than a 25-year-old who just finished university. Personally, I couldn't see myself being in an LTR with someone that young, but that's mostly due to long-term thinking. But other people make other choices, and people often have several reasons for picking a certain partner. A 25-year-old who never had financial stability might find a financially stable older guy more attractive, and if this guy has a very nurturing and caring side to him, then he'd be compatible with her in that regard.

So yeah... Collecting my own thoughts on this, I think you're right when looking at realism. And narratively, it could've helped if the MC clarified what he was looking for. His balls are constantly empty, so is he even looking for something long-term, and what does he want to get out of a relationship? The usual reasons of companionship and sexual security don't really fly in the MC's situation.

I'll have to make two saves. Against my own rules, and against my feelings for non-harem games. I can't EVER say No to Tink. Or Jo. The others, so far, I haven't connected that much. Sure, they're young, lalalalalala, but... I dunno, they don't feel like relationship material. No, not even the awesome Jack.

Tink, we share a LOT of history. Jo, I dunno, we click like 2 puzzle pieces. It's simple, it's easy, it's comfortable, it JUST feels right.

About 37 year olds and 25 year olds, well, I think it happens a whole lot more than you think. It hits the perfect point there. The woman is fully grown, she wants stability, a family oriented guy. The man, wants something fresh, a young but mature woman, a nice young body with a fresh but fully developed mind. By that time, he's already established professionally, she's done with school and it's rising in her career. He can be "the mentor", she can be "the protégée". She'll make his ex-wife climb walls (don't minimize this), he'll make her exes feel inadequate. For him it feels like a "Hurrah", for her it feels like a "At Last".

Yeah, it happens a LOT more than you think. In fact I think that if you look around, you'll find that 25 year old girls are the MAIN reason for many divorces.

But, strangely, 37 year old women, and 25 year old men, is not as common. It still happens, but a lot less. What will surprise you (maybe) is that 37 year old women also go for 25 year old girls.

Basically, 25 years old girls, are in VERY high demand. And to be completely honest, as they should be.

That's interesting, isn't it? It makes me wonder why so many games include the cougar trope of the aggressively hungry older lady and the eager boy who just wants to motorboat those titties.

The thing is, the cougar, will not drop her husband for the boy. While the man, well, he'll drop EVERYTHING for the 25 year old girl. I've seen some that moved to other continents. That went to live in squalor with her, leaving mansions, cars, fortunes behind.

While the cougars? Well, they get a new pool boy the next month. They use them, they don't fall in love with them. The men do.

It is exceedingly rare to see couples like Cher and her husband. While Autumn-Spring weddings for men, are VERY common.

So, yeah, those fantasies, of young men being captured by cougars, they do happen, they just end very differently in IRL.
